Für einen Wochenendtrip ist das Hotel okay, aber für einen längeren Aufenthalt definitiv nicht! Das Zimmer war ganz okay, allerdings gab es einige Kritikpunkte: das Bad war viel zu klein, die Dusche ging nicht richtig (Wasser ist unten auf der Seite vom Duschkopf rausgetropft), keine Ersatz-Klopapierrolle (wir hatten quasi schon an unserem 2. Tag kein Klopapier mehr), es wird schnell heiß und stickig im Zimmer, die Matratzen und die Kopfpolster sind sowieso das Allerletzte, aber man darf sich für 3 Sterne keinen Luxus erwarten. Positiv anzumerken ist jedoch die sehr zentrale Lage, innerhalb ein paar Minuten ist man in der Innenstadt und auch beim Frühstück hat soweit alles gepasst, aber für 2 Tage und 3 Nächte war das Hotel ausreichend. Personal war auch stets bemüht, allerdings ist es ein bisschen eine Frechheit uns die Karte, mit der man anscheinend Ermäßigungen bekommt, erst beim AUSCHECKEN auszuhändigen denn normalerweise bekommt man das direkt beim EINCHECKEN. Was man aber auch positiv anmerken muss, war dass der nette Herr an der Rezeption uns eine Extra-Karte gegeben hatte, damit wir wieder zurück in das Hotel gelangen konnten zwecks unserem Gepäck, was wir an unserem letzten Tag zwischengelagert hatten. Ich würde trotzdem nicht wieder in dem Hotel einchecken.

This is more like a furnished apartment than a typical hotel room, there's full kitchen facilities, dishes and cutlery, a dining table, everything you need for a self-catered stay. The hotel is a few blocks from the train station on one side and a few blocks from the city centre on the other, with a Spar supermarket a block away. One thing to be aware of is that it's unattended, you get the check-in details shortly before you arrive so you need reliable Internet connectivity before checking in.

Arrived there with family of 3, the lady at the reception was very kind to help us find a suitable parking spot, she spoke very good English and was happy to assist us with anything we required (albeit not a lot). The hotel looked and felt a bit outdated but in part that was the charm of it. You didn't get quite the same feeling in the rooms. Much to our surprise they looked rather fresh, the bathroom was very nice and the whole place was squeaky clean. Bed was large and comfortable. I'm only giving it 4 stars because of the cluttered decor. Other than that it was exactly what we were expecting.
