This is not up to the 5-star Marriott standard. I was very disappointed. The furniture in the room was old and extremely dirty, with dust in every corner. The closet had a musty smell, like old shoes, and there were cobwebs in several spots. The coffee provided was cheap 3-in-1, something even 3 or 4-star hotels don’t use. Worst of all was the bed—it was completely unusable, sagging in the middle, which gave me terrible back pain. This was the worst stay I’ve ever experienced. I will definitely not be returning.

Just wanted to share my amazing experience at the Rayong Marriott Resort & Spa! The room was sparkling clean, and they even made sure my birthday request was perfectly prepared – a big thank you to everyone involved! The staff truly impressed me with their friendliness and helpfulness, especially Khun Wean at the check-in counter.
The resort boasts two lovely pools. While the main pool was unfortunately closed for maintenance during my visit, the one connecting to the beach offered breathtaking views that left me speechless. Speaking of the beach, the hotel's direct access was fantastic! There were some rocks near the stairs leading down, so just a heads up to be cautious when stepping onto them.
For a relaxing evening, we dined at the C-salt restaurant, and it was absolutely worth it! If you're looking for a convenient and enjoyable dinner option without leaving the hotel, I highly recommend giving it a try.

This was my second time staying at this hotel, and once again, the service was excellent. The hotel is very clean and hygienic, and the beds are 1.5 meters wide, which is very convenient when traveling with children under 12 years old. The only downside this time was that the large swimming pool was under maintenance, and the breakfast variety was not as abundant as before. Overall, it was a nice stay!
