A nice hotel in terms of service and quality. The employees are extremely friendly. The hotel location is close to the center, I hope it will be okay if the hotel road is also built.

My stay was not so good due to two reasons. First, although I reserved a family suite ( which according to description takes 5 persons ), I failed to add my two kids as extra guests. I told the lady in the reception that I was ready to pay for extra guests, but the hotel insisted that I should book a separate room for them. Second, the air conditioning unit was not working properly, and it was until midnight that the hotel moved us to other rooms. And instead of upgrading our rooms, they moved us to smaller rooms.

The rooms are new and very clean. Breakfast was very nice. The staff is very polite. It's a little out of the way, but we stayed in February. It was important that it was clean and beautiful. The rooms have sea view. It was very enjoyable to have breakfast in the restaurant in front of Kızkalesi. Also, the breakfast options were nice.

It is one of the two hotels I prefer throughout Türkiye. Again, it embarrassed us. The service, quality, hygiene, open buffet breakfast, pool and spa service were all very good and the price performance was very good. I can honestly say that it is one of the most perfect hotels to go to in Mersin. I would like to thank Ms. Duru for her interest and care. She rushed to everything. Indoor pool, sauna, steam room. It is the only hotel with a Turkish bath and a free bath. Also, the service is excellent, they make you feel special, the breakfast is great, they ask us what we want, we were even asked whether the water to accompany the Turkish coffee should be warm or cold. In my opinion, it is simply perfect, a hotel where you can stay without thinking. Is there any downside, of course, in terms of location of the hotel? It has a very bad place.

It may be self service, but this kind of behavior is not nice at all. The hotel is close to the beach, you can go there by shuttle bus, they have certain hours. It has two pools. The part with the aqua park is shared with another hotel. Overall, it's an okay place.
