Upon arrival, as they wrote on the Internet, I was given a room outside the main buildings, along the transit corridor. According to tourists, staff used to live in these rooms. Stale air, smelling of powder, or perhaps cheap sowing agent. When I contacted the reception again, they gave me a full-fledged family room with a sea view! Great. The case closest to the sea, as they say in the reviews, is indeed preferable.
The hotel itself is very simple, despite the outwardly impressive building where the reception is located (one of the two main ones), there is not even a roundabout for cars and tourist buses. I liked the design of the family room. Otherwise, everything is standard: swimming pool, sandy beach, bar-restaurant and main restaurant. All without frills. Including hotel interior design. The kitchen is not bad, which distinguishes this hotel from hotels that save on products. Kitchen for 4+ approx.
It makes sense to go to this hotel if the price is competitive. If you rested in high-level hotels, then it will seem rustic to you, a kind of four.
In fairness, besides the fact that I was initially given a bad room, the hotel did not produce any more negative emotions. Maybe because I was there for a short time.

Good service good staff and direct on the beach. we liked the animation team as well. we have got an sea view room on highest floor and the view was excellent. we will book again for next year. the transfer time to the airport is only 60 min. thank you for this holiday.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its hospitality and high-quality service. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The breakfast variety and taste were also excellent. Its location was very central, making it perfect for exploring the city. Thanks to the spa and other facilities, my vacation was truly relaxing. I would definitely love to stay here again!

I stayed here in August with my son (Age 16). hotel is very nice, clean, well presented, well equipped rooms with mini fridge re-filled everyday with soft drinks and water. Cleaners come in every day with fresh towels etc. Staff were outstanding, all work very hard, very professional and very friendly. entertainment day and night was good for all ages. food was varied and all fresh however if you have fussy eaters, you will struggle as its definitely more catered towards the russian and german guests. Hotel right on beach, lovely beach, good selection of shops right outside hotel. As an English family, we were the minority as majority of guests are russian or eastern european but all the entertainers were great at communicating in multiple languages. My one only gripe with this hotel is the room views, one side of the hotel that faces the pool and beach is breathtaking, however I paid extra for a 'partial' sea view and this was atrocious. Stepped onto my balcony to be greeted by a view of the side alley where all the bins were. If you looked way off into the distance and stretched over the balcony you could see a glimpse of the sea but there is no way I should have been charged extra for that. All in all, great hotel and would 100% return.

The hotel was very dirty the food was bland and the same every night. They didn’t cater for children and no one spoke English this hotel was in the middle off no where the staff was rude they couldnt get the drinks right at one point they made me wine mixed with coke wouldn’t recommend this hotel

The hotel complex is beautiful. I enjoyed every day the contents that were available. Special thanks to the animation team who put in maximum efforts to entertain us. This was a great experience for me and I will definitely come back again...
