Sunmelia Beach Resort Hotel & Spa-All Inclusive

The hotel location is not good. You have to take a cap from manavgat or have to be local to understand how the local bus working and hotel is not give you any information about how you can use local bus manavgat to hotel. Sea is not clean most of the time and not sand most of it rocks. Pools are okay I like the Aqua park also. Food are was average for me not to many options almost same dishes every day. Alcohol and cocktails was okay if you ask strong cocktail they will make you. Room was clean and if you put the card says make my room to the door they will clean your room every day. Over all was average vacation and probably not gonna choose next time.

I can recommend this hotel. I have been here three times and I was thrilled. Great food and staff, there is a fitness center, swimming pools, an outdoor bar.. animation program for children and water slides.. The cleaning was always without any problems, the hotel is clean.. I have always been satisfied here.

We stayed in this hotel from 07.07. to 17.07. 2025. The room we stayed in, 2641, was NEVER clean. We entered the room on check-in to find a really dirty floor with a used toothpick on it, there was hair on the pillows and bed and the bathroom was a complete dirty mess. The sink had stains and hasn't been cleaned, the toilet is dirty with brown stuff on it, overall a very unpleasant experience. We complained at the reception, and someone came and "cleaned" our room. By clean, i mean they took out the trash we put in(one water bottle from airport) and that was it. We later saw that the glasses were completely dirty as well, despite having the paper lid on them. Tomorrow we complained AGAIN, still nothing... Then we complained to our agency that we booked the hotel through, and the agency representative requested a DEEP cleaning. The only thing they did is create some hearts from towels on our bed, and use flowers as decoration, but the bathroom was still very dirty, the toilet still with brown stuff on it, after 4 complaints. We decided to give up on complaining as it was just ruining our mood, we accepted nothing could be done... To our unpleasant surprise, the bad parts didn't end here. The relax pool, which is advertised as adults only, with a clear sign that says No children in pool, is turned into a children's pool, because there is constantly over 20 kids in it. Splashing water, jumping in, being loud, taking up the jacuzzi. We didn't get to use the relax pool once in our 10 day stay, because it was always full of kids, and the sun beds around it were always occupied by their parents. The hotel staff does nothing about this... The aqua park is the same horrible experience. There is only 9 water slide tubes for two people, and 7 single ones... This is not enough, and a guest cannot get a tube to slide in... There is no system, one person can use it multiple times, a few of us tried to get people in order by "forcing" everyone to hand over the tube, and form a line and wait for the new one. When i asked the lifeguard employee that was there why he wasn't regulating this, he said "You tell them to give it up" and that it wasn't his job. So it's my job to put people in a line and force them to give up the water slide tubes? Even though i payed a lot of money for this vacation... There is only one life guard on duty and there is 6 slides, so there is no one controlling if someone is gonna get on the slide while i'm still on it, no one to stop kids from going in a "train" down the slides, no one to regulate anything, so the aqua park is basically useless. The main(only usable, because relax is filled with kids) pool is okay, although a bit small, it feels really crowded and there isn't enough space to swim... The Vitamin bar is closed, didn't work once in the 10 days we were there. Every day we wanted to drink vitamin smoothy but it was closed... The mini club is constantly closed, as well as the inside pool. The hotel says it's 70000 square meters

It was really enjoyable holiday for me. Everybody smiling its make me happy. Rooms are really clean also food is good as well Entertainment program and staffs is my favorite part thank u guys

A Memorable Family Stay with Just a Few Areas for Improvement We stayed at Sunmelia Beach Resort as a family in July and had an overall pleasant and memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff, which left a great first impression. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. While the minibar was supposed to be refilled daily, unfortunately, there were a few days when it was not replenished, which was disappointing. We also noticed that the housekeeping staff did not always perform their duties thoroughly, and room cleaning seemed a bit rushed or incomplete on some days. The food was generally good and featured a decent variety. However, we did notice some inconsistency in the grilled items, which were often burnt on the outside but undercooked inside — possibly due to being rushed during preparation. The dessert section could also be improved. We would have loved to see desserts like trileçe and tiramisu, and while there were many syrup-based sweets, none included clotted cream (kaymak), which we believe would elevate the overall quality. The activities and entertainment throughout the stay were enjoyable. Special thanks to Manager Yunus and the animation team — their energy and dedication truly stood out and made a big impact on our holiday. One area that left us disappointed was the attitude of some of the bartenders and waiters, who seemed noticeably less attentive to Turkish guests compared to others. A more balanced and welcoming approach would certainly improve the guest experience. While most aspects of the hotel met our expectations, there’s still room for improvement in food quality, general cleanliness, and a more cheerful and inclusive attitude from some staff members. Despite these points, we had a lovely holiday and created great memories. Thank you to everyone at Sunmelia Beach Resort who contributed to our stay!

We had a perfect summer holiday, the sea is very clean and the location of the hotel is great, it is far from the city center and noise, it has a big pool and aqua, the food is delicious. Animation was really good, everyone was friendly, especially Kaan was really helpful and fun. Everyday another activities, there is never boring.
