Avoid this hotel if you are looking for the real 5 star all inclusive experience!!! I don't know where to start. We made our booking via an agency that uses the services of TEZ TOUR and looks like what was shared with us at the reservation stage is not true at all. We arrived at 17 o clock on Thursday, 19th of September and had to wait for over 15 mins with an infant in a reception without AC to get a porter to take us to our room. During check in nothing was explained to us about the hotels amenities, what is under All inclusive and what is not. To my surprise when I went to the pool bar to get a mojito I was surprised that I had to pay extra for such a basic cocktail. Basically, the hotel offers 5-6 cocktails with some liquor which are free of charge but if you want a mojito, long island or any other known cocktail you need to pay extra. The main restaurant where food is served is also a true disappointment - the food is more or less the same every single day. For me the food is tasteless and they don't offer a good variety of choice so you can keep eating fries . The pool is nice but not the beach as you can see in the sand left cigarette butts which need to be cleaned. I will not be coming back to this hotel. I don't like the food, the service and the general attitude of the hotel staff! I will not be booking anything again through TEZ TOUR as their rep, Seyfettin, he doesn't take any feedback and his only reply is this is what it is... Basically deal with it!

Having read all of the other recent reviews I can only agree with them. In summary: Food was very poor with much of it recycled from earlier sittings. Cold food was not chilled so became tepid, and hot food was not kept hot so soon also became tepid. I think this is the most likely reason that we both had to take loperamide every day of our stay. The food hygiene was non existent, with most of it uncovered allowing not only flies to get on it but hundreds of people to be talking all over it, and many that we saw even coughing and sneezing on it without making any effort to turn away! Most days I would only eat the hard boiled eggs for breakfast, skip lunch and then eat fruit for dinner and even then would wait until I saw a fresh serving put out. I did try to eat some meat. The Veal was tiny chunks of what could have been anything but was dark brown and the consistency of used chewing gum. The chicken was the right colour but tasteless and the turkey was also brown and I gave up trying to chew it after 30 seconds or so. On the plus side I managed to lose 2kg in weight over our 6 days🤣 If you are British do not expect to find anything that would remotely appeal to British tastes! No tea or coffee facilities in the room and the ‘free mini bar’ consisted of an iced up fridge with 4 bottles of water in it. The air con is set at 18° minimum and switches off as soon as either door is opened even a tiny bit. The room never got to 18 degrees, even if we left it on all night, the lowest was 23° which I measured with a thermometer. I believe that the system needs either cleaning or re-gassing. Surely this is another health hazard? One of the beds had a mouldy pillow cover which was not replaced for 3 days despite being left on plain view on the bed every day. At 1030pm 2 days after we arrived there was a knock on our door and I was given an envelope telling us that we must attend the introduction meeting on the lobby with our return flight details and transfer voucher at 9.30 am, only 13 hours too late! Next day we went to see the customer services manager who was basically completely disinterested and spent most of our meeting taking phone calls and ignoring us. We did however manage to book the Turkish restaurant at extra cost for our last evening. So regarding the ‘a la carte’ restaurants, there are not 3 as advertised, there is one upstairs outside area which is used for the Italian, Fish and Turkish restaurants, and each has to be prebooked at extra cost and is only open for 1 night a week. If there are not enough bookings then it is cancelled on the day. Again the food was very poor for our Turkish meal, there was no choice of menu at all and the vegetable side dishes were already on the table and cold when we arrived. They looked like they had been there some time and open to the elements. Morale amongst the staff seemed very low and all but 2 that we met could speak no English at all and were very unhelpful. There was very little entertainment

To be fair , I start with the positive bits. Large grounds, nice gardens. On a beach. Food not great very samey . The biggest problem is with the actual restaurant itself. It's not well run. Food not kept at correct temperatures. Very few staff. Tables left dirty for a.long time. Too busy for the chosen available.capacity. No.drinks.available at dinner. The only bar after 5pm.is at the main pool Even though there are physical bars in relax.pool on the beach and in the pleasant air conditioned reception. The hotel has chosen to have only 1.operating usually with only 1 bar person.leading to long queues and no plastic glasses.( actual glassware is nowhere to be found). Usually they will serve beer in a paper cup! At the same.time claiming to.be 5*. Hotel ok as a 3*

We went to the hotel for the 2nd time now, first time was last year. Overall everything is good. Maybe one big minus is the food - it was a little bit tasteless and they should offer more options (every day was basically the same). But our hotel room was fine, they cleaned it every day. Entertainment team was okay, we mostly spoke to one guy named Arda(he was fun). Entertainment team compared to last year was a little bit more “tired/not so energized” I would say. Unless you participate yourself you won’t be noticed that much i guess. But overall we still had a fun experience and surely will go back there sometime.

Stay with family. The hotel's advantages are the spaciousness, lots of greenery, and a variety of pools. The rooms were cleaned daily. However, in my opinion, the hotel does not deserve five stars. There are a lot of people in the hotel, and unfortunately, it is evident that the focus is on quantity rather than quality. The staff is unpleasant; sometimes I felt like they were answering questions begrudgingly. The food was terrible and tasteless; every day, I received wine in a smelly glass, which I had to replace with a regular glass. The bar only offered vodka, gin with tonic, and white wine. We were leaving the hotel at 2 AM, and I asked the reception for a bottle of water. In response, I was told, unfortunately, that I couldn’t get any, or more precisely, 'sorry - closed.' Overall, very poor experience. This trip has put me off all-inclusive vacations, and I won’t be returning to Turkey because of it. I do not recommend it."

This was my 7th visit in Turkey with my family and by far the worst. Where should I even start-maybe with our first impression when we got here- it was 11:30 pm and we were travelling at this point almost all day, we were exhausted and hungry. We asked where we can eat they pointed us the restaurant that is open for late dinner. We walk inside and we instantly feel the heat, AC was off, it was dark and unwelcoming. They had one soup and some leftovers from the dinner, no staff, nobody to ask anything, the machine for the water was off(we had to drink warm water because of that). At one point a person from the staff came and turned almost all the lights off and dissapeared and we had to eat in almost full darkness. The agency that we booked with, after multiple questions where are we going to be accomodated never gave us a solid answer and of course we got accomodated in the hotel part of this resort. The majority of it is consisting of villas. If you are in the hotel prepare for the worst. There is no AC in the hallways, there is no AC in the elevator and the bathrooms of the rooms i can't compare with anything else but Saunas. In the room itself the AC turns off when you leave the room and you open the balcony door which is standard, the problem was that the room is so hot when you come.back to it and the AC so weak even after working all night when you go to the bathroom and come back to the room you can barely feel it. The food is absolutely not 5 star hotel quality, as i said I have been here 7 times I know what 5 stars is. There is barely any variety in the main courses, and deserts, everything looks cheap, recycled and something that they are trying to save money from. The only exception was the Turkish night where there was a little more variety. The beach is very rocky and uncomfortable on the feet you definetly need water shoes for this place(we end up buying for ourselves it costs 13 euro). The sea had big waves almost the whole time and was not pleasant to swim in, its mother nature I understand but its a good warning for people coming at the end of August here. And I will end up with the staff and Management of the place. The staff looks unhappy and miserable, only few people from everybody that we encountered was pleasant, the Animation team is super weak-we were here for 7 days we did not speak with anybody, because they just don't engage people. And the worst of all is the Management of this place which since I work in a hotel I can fully blame for this whole situation. They are the ones making the poor employees miserable and unhappy, they are the ones that turn off the AC in every possible place of this resort to save money where outside the temperatures are 36-38/39 ° daily, and they are the ones that despite all of our efforts( including speaking with our representative about it) to adress our problem with the AC in the room just totaly ignored us this whole time did not even had the decency to come and speak with us, kept h

Just back from 10 days at club nena and overall thought it was a lovely hotel that could just do with a few simple tweaks to make it much better. Room was good had a family room, lovely and spacious, although beds were pretty hard, especially the kids beds, double bed a little softer. Air con was really good and nice to get rooms cleaned daily, maids work so hard. Fresh water in fridge daily. Bathroom nice and clean and big shower. Restaurant was big and very clean and food plentiful, just a bit repetitive, little change day to day, one day was chicken one day fish, but no themed nights. Always found something to eat just had more variation at other turkish hotels. A la carte is a bit misleading, it says there are 3 but there is just one that rotates round only open 3 days of the week and when we arrived 2 of the nights were booked up and then the one day we could have gone not enough people booked so didn't open, just don't rely on this being an option, feel like this was a little missold when we booked. Pools are great, we preferred relax pool, just felt a bit cooler than main pool. Aquapark is brilliant,.some good slides had fun on it daily and never too busy. Entertainment was OK, animation Team try hard but not the best, games during the day were OK but not the best. Evening entertainment was mixed some shows were good and some were funny as they were so bad!! The beach was nice and sea was a little cooler than the pools. Main problems were the lack of bars open in the evening. Only the pool bar is open after 6pm and can lead to long queues especially after the restaurant closes. As its so hot would help if there were just a few fans around the bar, would also help to have fans at amphitheatre, we love the heat but it was boiling and just having a few fans to circulate the air a bit would help. If you are English don't expect to see many other English people, it didn't bother us but literally only met 2 other English couples at the hotel. It's a really nice hotel just a couple of tweaks would make it a great hotel. And take a take a trip to Side, well worth the trip and pop to lyra park mall just outside hotel some great fakes and no hassle and bartering sorted my sons wardrobe for the next year!

All in all, it was a great experience, super vacation, sure we will plan our trip to Club Nena again. One tip to the staff is to try to learn a bit more English 😉

Worst reception ever. A young esek who works there, supposedly the toughest man in Turkey, was provoking me all day. It started on the first day when we arrived at the hotel at 2 a.m. He stated that there were no 3 rooms as I had paid for, and that he could only give me 2 rooms. Hahaha. I stood there for 2 hours waiting for a room. I think he wanted to get extra money. He introduced himself as the hotel manager and, of course, threatened me with the police. I wanted him to call them, but he never did. Be ready for an official complaint to Nena Hotel and TUI. Hopefully, they will take some action. Dear Nena Hotel, only because of this eşek, you got 1 star. Good food with friendly staff, especially at the Green Bar and Pool Bar. Very clean swimming pool and beach. The entertainment in the amphitheatre was also nice! Clean, big rooms. We were happy there, but this guy needs to be punished. Unfortunately, I couldn't do anything because no one at reception wanted to call the hotel manager. I found out at the spa centre that his name is Hassan, but I never found him

We were lucky enough to spend a week at Club Nena on a family holiday and our stay was absolutely fantastic for the second time. 😍 The rooms were spacious, modernly furnished and carefully cleaned every day. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was equipped with everything needed. Balcony overlooking the garden. The restaurant offered a wide selection of food that was always fresh and tasty. The staff in the restaurants were very attentive and always willing to accommodate our wishes. The hotel offers countless activities for children and adults. The waiters at Club Nena deserve a special mention and thanks. Their work is very demanding and requires enormous commitment. Nevertheless, they are always smiling, accommodating and willing to help. First of all, we thank the waiters at the Pool bar, the waiter Mustafa, Gökhan and the manager Mustafa for the great service. Overall impression ☺️ Our stay at Hotel Club Nena was absolutely perfect. The high level of service, friendly staff and beautiful surroundings contributed to the fact that we enjoyed our vacation to the fullest.😊☺️ Unfortunately, I have to share a very unpleasant experience with the night manager of this hotel. His behavior towards women is unacceptable and unprofessional. ‼️‼️😡😡 And we were also very uncomfortable watching his behavior towards the staff.

When choosing this hotel, I was especially guided by the attractions for children, and it was spot on! slides, swimming pools, animations, disco, everything was great! of course, there is always something to complain about - not many people at the reception or not everyone knows English, but if you go with a good attitude - everything will work out, the food at beach bars is a bit boring, but you can always make up for it at the main meal where the choice is huge!

Definitely NOT a 5* hotel. Maybe 3*. The rooms are clean. The beach is fine. Pools are good. Very poor entertainment. Staff does not speak English. Same food every day. Full hotel of Russians people. No coffee or tea felicities in the rooms. Air condition not working properly at restaurant's. We won't come back to this resort. Never. Very disappointed.

I cannot understand how such a beautiful hotel can have such a rude stuff and such a horrible food. No one speaks English, at the reception there was only 1 person fluent in English which was not always available. We were trying to sort out our airport transfer and they simply couldn't communicate with us on an important issue. A member of stuff said that my skin is too white. It is simply rude to comment on someone's skin tone, no matter how dark or white it is. I entered the snack bar 10 min before opening, I wasn't aware about the opening time. A lady started shouting at me in Russian to get out. No one smiles, no one speaks English, god forbid you need anything from them. If I go all inclusive, I go for the food. Otherwise I will just book a random hotel. The food is horrible. Some dishes lacked salt, some had too much. I had raw eggs, raw chicken meat At breakfast, 4 times of ham are served each day, recycled from the previous day, dry and old as you can see in the picture. Eggs are raw, omelette is full of oil. Bread is not fresh, you can break a tooth biting from the bread. Pretty much the same food everyday, recycled from the previous day. Cakes are disgusting, all of them are the same. They only change the Colorant they put in the fillings, so they have different colours but all are literally the same. Snack bar is horrible, has some dry wraps and distrusting burgers. There is a patisserie where they serve leftover cakes, kept in the sun outside at 38 degrees. Why should they bother using a fridge? Food safety is non existent. Cocktails lack alcolohol and are made of cheap syrups Coffee is not from beans, it is instant Ness. Worst coffee I ever had. Very disappointed with the food, especially seeing old food served at the buffet. No respect for the guests, poor service.

Terrible hotel that got five stars for white tablecloths and bed linen. Food alone. The bar's alcohol tastes like samagonka, and the koleliks are served in paper cups, never with straws. staff never know anything, don't speak english....

I want to give an honest review on this hotel Just came home from a week in this hotel and the hotel was very nice. The food was very good plenty of it Loveholidays reviews state that there’s bars and restaurants 950 m away from the hotel this is not true. There is nothing around the hotel. There’s some shops opposite but there’s no bars and restaurants within 30 minute drive away from the hotel. Whilst all the staff work very hard, the problem with this hotel is the management they cannot speak English so if you’re English, I do not recommend this hotel The funny thing is all the music is in English and all the European nations speak English to the bar staff but the bar staff and the management don’t speak English so what hope have we got? Like I say, the problem with this hotel is not the food or the hotel itself, which is beautiful it is the management they cannot communicate. If there’s any problems they don’t know how to solve it. So if you are English and looking for meeting English people or well spoken English this hotel is not for you
