I don’t usually write reviews but here you go. Don’t stay here if you are looking for a nice hotel. If you are looking for a very modest and clean bed and breakfast you will be pleased. For over $500 per night (peak season) I was shocked by the whole experience. After reading other’s reviews, my expectations were for a small but nice hotel. You are definitely better off spending a bit more for something nicer in Kitzbuhel. Frankly, we almost decided to switch hotels and considered walking away from our non refundable payment. Very thin walls with no noise separation from above or below. We could not sleep with people up late above us. There is no staff there at night to complain to. Terrible beds. Extremely basic bathroom with low quality fixtures. Staff was nice. Breakfast was fine and staff made nice effort. I think they are fooling people online in the level of hotel they are representing. It is clean but reminded me of staying in a hostel 20 plus years ago.
