This property is beautiful! It is so close to the beach, perfect location when you have children. There are plenty of delicious places to eat. The house was well stocked with everything you would need. Tim was extremely kind when we had questions. We would definitely stay again!!

The property looked better in person than the pictures. It also included everything imaginable and clothing was the only thing we ended up needing to bring. Spoke to Tim in person and he was extremely nice.

Lovely Stay We had a lovely time for our early summer vacation. House was so cute, well stocked with anything you might think you need. All was clean and tidy when we arrived. Neighborhood was quiet and close to stores and activities we chose to do. Beach access was super close! We loved our stay and will certainly consider this rental again if we are able to make it work with our schedules in future years!

Spring break Enjoyed the property very clean and accommodating for my family. Slept comfortably each night was nice to have separate rooms for my children. The only drawback to the area was the spiky spurs.

Wonderful stay Our family had a wonderful stay at Summertown! The home was clean and close to the beach. The house had everything we needed. Tim was also very accommodating when we asked to extend our vacation another day! We would definitely stay here again!
