Modern tiny house with high ceiling, one bedroom and one-bath.. Private entry and the entire place to yourself, one level. Easy accessible house with only a few stairs to the house and walk in shower. Smart TV with Netflix access but no full network. The full kitchen includes the following: Fridge/freezer,, microwave, toaster, stove and coffee maker. Plates, cups, glasses, and silverware are included. Paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, coffee filters, and sugar. There are linens for the bed and two sets of bath towels but please bring your own beach towels. We have one double bike, three regular bikes, a kayak for two people, and a stand-up paddleboard. These are shared among guests from my two other apartments. We don't have direct access to the water. However, we're a two-minute walk to the Albemarle Sound access, and a boardwalk makes it perfect for a sunset stroll. We're about ten minute walk to the ocean. Not pet friendly. There is a cat that lives in the common outdoor areas. The owner lives in the building in front of the house.
