Traditional lappish cabin, built in 1993, located in Ylläsjärvi village's Ahvenkangas area for those who seek peace and quiet on their holiday. The ground floor has one bedroom with a double bed. There are two bed sofas in the living room area. Kitchen and sauna with wood-burning stove. Loft has steep stairs and three mattresses. The closest official starting point of the ski trails is at Ylläsjärvi village, but a couple of kilometers away, the trail goes across Ahvenkangas. The cottage has been painted in June 2024 and a barbecue hut is built in the yard. Pets are allowed for extra charge (fee per pet). No smoking in the cabin. Please note that during winter months Saturday can not be a change day.

The snowmobile track is 1 km along the road (50 m to the ice on the river, where you can also go sledging). There is a seldom-used fishing cottage beside this cottage. However, it's occupied about one time during summer time and beside the fishing cottage the next neighbor is 500 m away.
