The first time I gave a bad review, it was because the experience was really bad. The hotel room was very far from the front desk. You had to walk several streets after leaving the door, or drag your suitcase uphill, and then go to a row of small houses on the roadside. The room facilities were simply unbearable to look at. The room was very shabby, and the sheets and bedding were dirty. You can experience it yourself in the picture. It was no different from the guesthouse next to the train station. The price of more than 2,000 yuan a night really stunned me. The environment of any similar price in the town across the road is very different, and there are even cheaper ones. When I first checked in, I encountered some unexpected situations on my side. I couldn’t check in normally that night. I went to the front desk to ask if I could cancel the reservation because I needed to leave Levi immediately. After explaining the reason to the front desk, the front desk agreed that it was no problem for me to go to the room to pack my luggage and come to check out, and I could check out normally. When I returned to the front desk, they changed someone and said that it was not possible to refund. There was no specific reason, just that it could not be refunded. I said it didn’t matter if I didn’t refund all. She said that you should come tomorrow morning and I will apply to the boss to refund about half. The next morning, I went to a new person, who insisted that it was impossible to refund. You can check out, but there is no money to refund (I originally booked for three days). I was completely speechless. Don't book this hotel, you will really regret it. As a Ctrip Gold Diamond member for more than ten years, this is the worst hotel I have ever encountered, no doubt about it.

It's OK. It has everything you need.
