Reindeer Manor Levi

I made the reservation for two nights in Northern Light Huts. I am suprised of experience to sleep under windows and see millions of stars twinkling. Huts are new, warm and very clean. Fridge, WC, shower, shampoo and other small toalet items including toothbrush. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good and served in main building. We went also to sauna situated near main building. Country skiing tracks were going by area. Lovely experience and I recommend warmly!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Reindeer Manor Levi! The room was super cosy and comfortable, private jacuzzi was a luxury, the nature was breathtaking but most of all: the staff was amazing. Everyone was super friendly, they arranged everything we could hope for and more (even when we wanted to go last-minute cross-country skiing, they didn’t have the skis at the accomodation but they arranged it for us anyway). There’s even a possibility to do some ice skating at the accomodation! We enjoyed some other activities as well, and we would definitely recommend the ice fishing by snowmobile. Before we arrived, I read some reviews about the restaurant being closed, but this should be corrected: there’are new owners from May 2024, and the restaurant was always open for breakfast, lunch and diner! We would strongly recommend to try the salmon soup. Once again, we would love to thank the staff, in particular Henna, Lauri and Henry, for making our holiday unforgettable!

I and my wife stayed at this resort for 4 days and found the services rendered by all the staffs excellent and polite especially Henna . During one of the nights while having dinner at the resort restaurant, Henna ran all the way into the restaurant to inform us of the northern lights emerging.During our stays we booked two northern lights hunting tours from the Internet that results in no northern lights sighting but we were lucky to have witnessed a strong dancing northern lights in the resort . The only con is the resort is about 5 mins drive from the main road. We rented a car during our stay as we travelled everyday to Levi for all our activities and the pro is the ample free parking available in the resort . Will highly recommend this resort

I love the environment. Staff were so nice and welcoming. Wish we had stay longer.

No restaurant after 3 o clock, and the automatic lights kill the aurora view, also the room gets noisy when a machine starts inside on and off

This is a beautiful setting and the huts are very clean. We really enjoyed the breakfast which was simple but tasty and it was great to be up close to the reindeer and llama. Whilst the staff are friendly, they are less helpful when there is a problem. I would recommend that they tell guests that there is no dinner available and they offer a free shuttle bus to Levi at 6 and bring you back at 8. They didn’t inform us about this in advance and we asked before we stayed for a recommendation for somewhere to go which they gave us but sadly they wouldn’t drop us off so we had to pay for taxis which are not cheap. In our communications, they said they would drop us off for free. All v confusing and it didn’t make for a very pleasant introduction to the resort. It would also have been great for them to help with taking your luggage to the huts to make the welcome experience a bit nicer. Given you are spending a lot of money to stay here, the attention to detail on customer service could have been better.
