Melissa is super and has the best customer service and the rest of the staff also does an excellent job. Room is always clean and the coffee is always hot. I stay here whenever I come to Kitimat. Only improvement would be the weather. It could always be warmer.

Great hotel, very comfortable beds, clean rooms, friendly staff. Breakfast was ok would have liked to see a bit more options with more tea and drink selection but realize it’s a smaller buffet style. Overall really happy with our stay!!!!!

This is the best hotel our hockey team has ever had the privilege of staying at! Your customer service was exceptional! We have never been treated so well. You opened your hotel to us, and made it a fun, happy experience. You should all be proud!

Staff were absolutely amazing, breakfast was good with lots of choice and huge bonus of guest appreciation dinner one night. Rooms are as expected and location was perfect for the hockey tournament. Will definitely stay here when back to Kitimat!

We have nothing but the best things to say about this hotel and highly recommend it. We stayed here for hockey provincials with our whole team. They had a great lounge area to hang out in in the lobby. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are clean, and the breakfast was good. The staff at this hotel was amazing and very accommodating to our team. Thank you Microtel for your hospitality.

Hello travelers: The frontend staff I encountered were friendly, helpful, & patient, as well as showed great pride in their work. They went the extra mile to ensure my stay was pleasant. A complementary breakfast was available, but the staff at this location seem to have difficulty providing service during the hours of operation in the last half hour, which I'm sure is easily corrected. My overall stay was peaceful & comfortable, so I look forward to staying in this hotel again (with breakfast!). Note: I was in a room with two beds, so I had plenty of space. I highly recommend the Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Kitimat & I look forward to returning.
