今回２回目の利用でしたが大浴場が素晴らしい（サウナ、マッサージ機付き）
雪景色見ながら夜、朝２回計４回堪能しました。
お薦めで隣がアメリカンワールドでカラオケ、各種レストランが充実
駅徒歩圏でないのが唯一の欠点ですが送迎サービスがあります。
朝食も美味しい
また利用します

ホテルの方々が笑顔でお見送りやお出迎えをして頂きとっても嬉しく楽しく毎日が過ごせました。
大浴場も綺麗で気持ちよく使わせて頂きました。
ただ…外から丸見えじゃないのかな？と思うこともありました。
来年みちのく芸能の時期に北上に行く時はモンテインさんを使わせて頂こうと思います。

最上階の露天風呂がなかなか気持ち良い。明るい時間に入るのがオススメ。
部屋も綺麗だし、設備も揃っている。

北上駅から歩くと30分ほどかかる。
シャワー無しの部屋を選んだが、大浴場もそこそこきれいでよかった。
部屋が清潔、朝食のバイキングの種類が多い、ホテルの裏に飲食店が数軒あるのがメリットと感じた。

予約の時点でコメント欄に要望を入れていたが把握していなかったようだった。
子供が添い寝する事がわかっていたのなら、枕は2つ用意しててほしかった。
立地は問題なし、喫煙室を予約したので煙草臭さは仕方ない。

サービスも良く女性には入浴剤嬉しかったです。後、部屋に入浴後に使用する綿棒があると助かると思いました。朝食も美味しかったです♪また、利用したいと思います。

駅から少し離れていますが送迎バスがあります。無料で利用できる広い駐車場がありますので車の方には良いと思います。
近くにはモスバーガーや寿司屋(一皿250円から)、焼肉屋(ホテルのカードキー提示で10%オフ)があります。少し歩けばコンビニとコインランドリーもあります(コインランドリーはホテル内にも2つあります)。)
雨が降っていたので傘を貸していただき、助かりました。
あと、コーヒーは無料で何杯でも頂けます。
