1番楽しみにしていたら大浴場は、男性の日とかになっていて、入れなかった。やっぱりいつでも男女入れるようにすべきだと思う。予約の際、男性しか大浴場が使用できない日ですと分かりやすく記載してくれないと入館した時、気分がダダ下がりです。疲れを癒したい人の為に、ほんの少しでも女性が入れる時間を設けるべきだと絶対思う。地方から来た人なら尚更、理解出来ません！館内着が廊下にたくさん置いてあり、アメニティや紅茶、緑茶等、好きなだけいただけるのは有難い。館内着がやや臭う物もあり、何枚かお借りしました。お部屋にスプーン付けて欲しいです！忘れ物を探してくださったスタッフ様に感謝しております！結局、忘れて無かったので、すみません(//∇//)お手数おかけしました！！！

ホテルの方々が笑顔でお見送りやお出迎えをして頂きとっても嬉しく楽しく毎日が過ごせました。大浴場も綺麗で気持ちよく使わせて頂きました。ただ…外から丸見えじゃないのかな？と思うこともありました。来年みちのく芸能の時期に北上に行く時はモンテインさんを使わせて頂こうと思います。

最上階の露天風呂がなかなか気持ち良い。明るい時間に入るのがオススメ。部屋も綺麗だし、設備も揃っている。

北上駅から歩くと30分ほどかかる。シャワー無しの部屋を選んだが、大浴場もそこそこきれいでよかった。部屋が清潔、朝食のバイキングの種類が多い、ホテルの裏に飲食店が数軒あるのがメリットと感じた。

予約の時点でコメント欄に要望を入れていたが把握していなかったようだった。子供が添い寝する事がわかっていたのなら、枕は2つ用意しててほしかった。立地は問題なし、喫煙室を予約したので煙草臭さは仕方ない。
