I am more than satisfied for my two-night stay at Hotel LiVEMAX Kokura. Not only does it have an excellent location (right next to Kokura Station), it is equipped with a microwave in each individual room. The room is clean, spacious, and bright. I cannot ask for more as it is truly a value for money hotel. If I ever visit Japan again, I will definitely put Hotel LiVEMAX first on my list.

good location near main train station, restaurants and shops, good for transportation. room is small but acceptable ,reasonable price. except some staff cannot speak English, can be trouble for people like me can't speak Japanese. it is good place for people who is on budget travel

Everything is perfect, location and rooms. Except the service and adtitude is very very poor. Compare to other chain hotel. Especial the male elder and middle age man front office. There service feel like Yakuza office! Such a pity.
