Everything was successful I really enjoy my stay especially the food I think chef should got more salary food was so amazing 🤩🤗

My stay at Grand Royal Swiss hotel was TOP NOTCH!!! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles My room was spacious with a comfortable bed and the luxurious linens ensured a restful sleep. I also enjoyed the spacious bathroom and the private balcony where I could sip my morning coffee and soak in the scenery. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals with fresh, local ingredients. I particularly enjoyed the grilled fish, which was perfectly cooked and seasoned. I also dined there for breakfast and was delighted by the variety of options available. The hotel boasts a lovely pool area with comfortable sun loungers, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Kisumu. I highly recommend Grand Royal Swiss Hotel to anyone visiting Kisumu seeking a comfortable and memorable stay.

What I thought would be an amazing venue as the main conference facilities in the area were far from. Arrived in my accommodation, which looked incredible, and stayed in one of their apartments. First morning, no water, second morning hardly any water and no hot water, water remained this way for the duration of the trip. I had to shower at the gym every day. At night, the roof leaked in the rain, so I heard dripping sounds all night. Then there was the electricity that was intermittant and ran off a generator much of the time. This resulted in no air-conditioning in the main conference hall, resulting in very hot, uncomfortable, and stuffy conditions. Staff was incredibly friendly and tried to be as helpful as possible. Facilities definitely need a revamp.

I stayed in the apartment and the treatment was superb. The hotel was very neat, with excellent services from the staff. The complementary breakfast had varieties and freshly prepared meals throughout my stay. Also, the dinner was delicious. It is a place that I would love to stay anytime l'm in the area with my family.

We have not had water in the showers since we arrived (4 hrs). I made for room change due to my special need and the request was not honored. The receptionist was inpatient to even listen to it. I am disappointed

The staff didn't put a foot wrong. Very good service and generally friendly. I was here for two nights on business. I had visited the hotel for conference before but hadn't sampled it's accommodation hospitality. The hotel is a bit off town in a cool and serene environment, but still a mere 10 minutes drive to the airport with off peak traffic.. The rooms are tastefully furnished and neat, save for bathroom that was a bit squeezed. The restaurant service was great with plenty of choices. There a bar and lounge for relaxation but drinks a bit pricey. The conference facilities are reasonable but technical support was sometimes a challenge. Its a place of choice in the Lakeside city.

I visited the hotel together with my family to usher in the new year. Its a grand hotel, imposing to say. The rooms are huge and beautifully decorated. All the amenities required in the room are provided. There is a pool, a gym and a spa. I also saw apartments within the hotel. I loved the ambience, the decorations and the general outlook of the hotel. But I was disappointed by the food, we had booked on full board, so I expected a 5 star buffet spread for the new year's eve dinner and later accompanying fireworks and ushering new year in style. But what the hotel provided was simply below par in my opinion. The next day , breakfast was simply the usual nothing out of the ordinary. New year lunch was also just not okay. Overall, I loved the hotel but they failed me in the food section. I felt I didn't get value for money after paying an arm and a leg. Otherwise I would recommend the hotel because it is a beautiful place but the food department needs lots of improvement.
