Marica's Boutique Hotel

Great value for money. Awesome view! You can watch the sunset from the pool. Room had a lot of space and it was clean. There was shampoo and conditioner and you could borrow a hairdryer. The hotel has own parking place and it was easy to find. Lovely staff. I enjoyed there! Close to Pafos but you better have a car when you visit there. Nice beach bar next to and also very good restaurant just on the other side of the road. I recommend this place.

This is a budget hotel. Looks ok on outside and nothing on inside. It is a distance from most places too. The room was very basic, very small and very tired. Did manage to see other rooms which were better than mine. Although has kitchen no milk for the tea/coffee provided. Breakfast €5 was cold, one spoon at tea/coffee station. Staff friendly and helpful. Pool area best part of the place, sunbeds comfortable. Has got WiFi. Would I stay here again, no

Don't go near this. Nothing boutique at all. No food available, seems to be halfway through some renovation but that they ran out of gas! Check my pictures out to see more. But wouldn't advise anyone to stay here, from a safety perspective as well as from a hotel view point. Cables hanging down, handrails wobbly, safety glass not very safe...... I'll stop there but guess you'll get the picture.

To flee! Nothing was right. Nothing looks like the photo! We arrive at the hotel at 8:30 p.m. we are only entitled to cold food, impossible to heat (by asking the lady at the reception). We see on our homepage that the bar is open until 1 a.m. but in fact it is not at all the case it is closed all the time. Breakfast in the morning, there is practically nothing to eat, nor orange juice at times (horrible orange juice). The toaster only works sometimes. The hot chocolate in the machine just makes hot water. In the morning sometimes there are just cereals and only salty. The pool is dirty, the stairs are broken. There is not even a cushion on the outdoor canopy beds. The walls of the hotel fall into ruin outside no maintenance. The restaurant in the evening only 5 cold dishes to offer. Just one evening a gentleman made us eat HOT and it was good. The decoration of the restaurant has nothing to do with the photos, there is no effort. So let's talk about the room! A real disaster, I've never seen that. The kitchen is not arranged at all, there are not even tables or chairs! The sofa is very very dirty. The air conditioning does not work, as does the telephone and some lights. In the bed full of hair and hair, with a very dirty plaid of very suspicious traces on it and holes. Bedside lamps, there are not even bulbs and are broken (they fall). The super dirty box spring and mattress under suspicious stains everywhere! The horrible mattress we feel the springs. Room on the road side much too noisy. Household people do not have enough household training because they just sweep (not everywhere), when you are there! Or when we weren't there, the door remained open! The bathtub faucet does not close properly and we rarely had hot water! Window filled with humidity. The flushing does not work every time. The toilet brush is a calamity. The cupboards are broken. The bay window on the living room side has a lot of trouble opening, not fixed we lift it. Price far too excessive, and it's not a hotel that deserves stars! The director didn't want to hear what she was told, she said there was worse. She never wanted to reimburse us at least part of it, for her her hotel is perfect. She even came to see us to avoid making a scandal because other people were also complaining about her hotel. We stayed 4 days, thank God! It looks like a hostel rather than a hotel, and again! If you don't want to put your money in the air, don't go!

Absolutely horrible place in Paphos. Not sure from where to start. It’s more like a refugee camp! Broken shower, tv doesn’t work, damp walls which kept flaking off the bed, bar doesn’t stock chilled wine, no ice, balcony door can only be opened by a muscle man, dirty room, run down hotel and when one complains, the staff makes fun of you and takes you for a ride. Hotel should be shut down. Fit for animals. Do not stay in this place . It’s a nightmare and very mediocre. HORRIBLE!!!!!!

It is hard to know where to begin - dirty, ramshackle, pool disgusting, food inedible, piles of dust in the bathroom behind the door, a visit from pest control, staff a collection (during my visit) of Romanian work experience kids and one barman who appears to enjoy his work. Just avoid like the plague. I had stayed there two years ago and it was pretty poor then but things have deteriorated enormously. My list of things is long - I am not an habitual bad reviewer - but this was beyond any kind of reason. The hotel has a nice situation is the best I can say for it.
