"The resort was ok. However I will never book with trip.com again. I booked for the weekend of 3/18, checkout 3/20. I became very ill and requested my trip be moved to the next weekend, the 25th. They charged me $85, sent me a confirmation email and a check in voucher. I arrived at the resort and was informed I had no reservation. I sat with my family in the car until 10pm when they finally let me pay the 2 days resort fee and the $100 deposit. We got our room and went to bed. The next morning I was told it was fixed , no problem. That afternoon the resort told me I had to pay for my reservation as the payment from trip.com had not been received. I did not have the funds to pay again as I'm on Social Security Disabilty and this was a present for my grandson's 11th birthday. After many calls to trip.com and the front desk they decided to refund my money and I paid the resort when I got home. A totally ruined weekend for my family and I."

"Really nice pool area and the little Starbucks inside is really cool. Breakfast buffet dining does not have enough wait staff. The servers were very friendly but very overworked. Think hard about hiring more servers"

"The lady who helped us at the service desk was rude and very unhelpful. We had drove all the way from Dallas to Orlando with a uhaul we booked 2 nights but couldn't make the first one as we were still on route. She didn't want to give us our room and said that the reservation was canceled because we no showed for our booking. Long story short we had to get the manager who was nice enough to help us and gave us our room. "

"Nice modern room, even if a bit small for 4 people. The main table turns into another bed. There's a good fridge, a coffee maker, tea and coffee. Good shower and good products in the bathroom. The pools were basic but great with a nice water temperature. The service from all the staff was great, they really have a good customer service culture."

"I took my 9-year-old grandson to Disney World and randomly picked a hotel that accommodated our needs and schedule. The price was reasonable, so I booked for 3 nights. We got there a day early, so I took a chance and went to the front desk. Asking (Joe) if they had accommodations for our extra night. He said absolutely! He was so nice and helpful and made sure all our needs were met, made sure we got fed and made sure we felt safe. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. The next day we met Howard at the front desk. He was just as nice and accommodating for the next 3 nights. He took special care with me and my grandson. The complementary breakfasts could not have been any better. And I mean a full course breakfast with a lot of choices. Every evening after arriving back at our room, the room was had been beautifully cleaned. I was extremely happy with our entire stay. I will stay at this Quality Inn again for sure. I HIGHLY recommend this HOTEL to ANY and EVERYONE. Thank You Joe and Howard for our nice stay and you guys taking such good care of us. Looking forward to our next trip!

CCCciweiThe room has one bedroom, one living room and one bathroom, with a washing machine and dryer, which is very suitable for family travel. There are pots and dishwashers in the kitchen, so it is very convenient to cook something by yourself.
I originally struggled for a long time and wanted to book a hotel near Disney, but when I was traveling by car, I wanted to book a night here to try it out. After I came, I felt good. I stayed for four nights in total. It took about 20 minutes to drive to Disney and half an hour to Sea World. The hotel has shuttle buses to SeaWorld and Disney's Hollywood Park, but the buses are very infrequent.
The hotel park is a large golf resort with many buildings and free parking. I will consider this place next time I come to Orlando.

GGuest UserSolid place to stay. Very quiet and off the beaten path with a wealth of amenities. The staff were kind. However, check in takes too long and I wasn’t informed of the $150 deposit. I was told it may take up to 30 days to return. The rooms are a bit dated but they’re nice. My light didn’t work but there were several lamps. There’s a dollar tree and family dollar across the street but not much else within walking distance. Good if you have a car or maybe with friends as the amenities are robust.

NNu197Location is great, near McDonald’s and others. The carpet at walk way area in front of the rooms is very old and smell bad, but inside room is okay. There is a shuttle bus to Magic Kingdom but there is only one time and if you want to enter the park early, then you have to take taxi there anyway but it’s not too far from Disney’s so taxi cost is approximately ＞$20. Breakfast is good!

GGuest UserThere is a set of nonsense in this hotel. We originally booked 2 large beds, and the result did give us a big bed room. Our 3 big 1 children couldn't live. The hotel front desk told us that there was no room in the evening, so I can contact. Ctrip butler, the butler said that there is no way to contact the local hotel for the time difference relationship, there is no way we can make a night to sleep on the ground, I asked Ctrip to contact the hotel to give me a statement, after 2 days received the hotel reply, said that the room was found that night I have to change it, I think the big bed room is more expensive and refused, what? I am stupid enough to sleep on the ground without changing rooms? I didn't receive this call at all, and I kept the domestic call when I was booking at Ctrip (in shutdown). The hotel’s swearing words are really high, shirking responsibility, and your work is not rigorous, causing me to suffer damage and arrogance. What kind of things, this hotel should be no one to live in the future, I wish you close the door as soon as possible

GGuest UserVicinity of my daughter and granddaughter. Room was OK, a little musty smell in halls and room but lowering air conditioning helped to eliminate. Bed was comfortable and lots of soft pillows. If you're there to watch TV...don't go there. The television is about the size of a computer monitor, although they have lots of channels. Did not use any other amenities but would stay again.

AAilen CorreaThe hotel was recently renovated, with vinyl flooring and new furniture, which is very good for its category.
Excellent breakfast, with bread, waffles/pancakes, eggs, bacon/sausage, yogurt, porridge, juice, coffee, and muffins. The breakfast area is small, unfortunately they don't allow you to take food to your room, but you can wait a little while to get a table.
A negative point is the cleaning of the rooms. They didn't tell me at check-in that it was done every other day. I don't consider this a problem, but the problem was that on the cleaning days the floor was NEVER cleaned during my entire stay. The towels were changed, but they never left the correct amount for 4 people. They didn't replace shampoo/conditioner. On the first day after the cleaning, I went to the front desk to ask for a towel and shampoo, and to my surprise, they didn't have any. They gave me an extra face towel and two people had to dry themselves with the face towel. I asked for the next two cleaning services in the morning to clean the floor and replace the towels and amenities, as well as to replace the hair dryer that was missing. The attendant Douglas was very kind and said that this would not happen again, but unfortunately the hotel's housekeeping leaves a lot to be desired. Despite being a budget hotel, I paid for the service and I would not like to have these inconveniences.
At check out, the attendant Douglas said that he was unable to refund the $100 deposit paid on my credit card (the only method accepted by the hotel), and that my bank refused. When I arrived in Brazil, I contacted the bank, which said that the problem is with the hotel, which is providing incorrect information for the refund. I have already sent emails to the hotel, which insists that it is correct and that the problem is the bank refusing to allow the hotel to make the refund, and I have not yet received my money. The hotel is no longer responding to the emails sent to me.
I would really like to count on Trip's help in resolving this issue, since I purchased the hotel on this platform. In general, the hotel meets my travel profile, as I don't stay at the hotel, but I expected more friendliness from the staff, who, apart from the check-in attendant, the attendant Douglas and the night attendant Harry, who were very helpful, the others at the reception and café that I had contact with were rude, and didn't seem to care about the guests, as if they were doing them a favor by being there.

Except for the time it takes to get my deposit back. A different place I stayed recently I had my deposit back in an hour after checkout.
