Manager was on site to give me a tour of the facility including where the laundry services were ! Some smart TVs would be great ! There are many children that play in that hotel , maybe different programs will help in entertaining them . Love the hotel size and how sociable Everyone is

The hotel is going through some kind of change. The signs just say “we are simplifying.” What that meant for us this trip is that the office was rarely open. The number provided on the signs just let you leave a message but no one ever answered. The property had little to no security. The rooms are bare minimum and did not include blankets, just sheets. The bathroom didn’t have hot water. They did provide two rolls of toilet paper but no facial tissue. There is no ice machine. The vending machine doesn’t work consistently. Oh and Lyft will rarely go there. We were dropped 4 times. The good part is that it is close to the Silver Spur Arena and a grocery store. But the walk there is not very clean.

Nobody working the front desk. You have to call a number because the person working is sleeping in one of the rooms. Floors are dirty and rooms didn’t come with a comforter.

Not clean. No blanket just a sheet. No shower curtain. No trash cans. Toilet didn’t work. No one at front desk for 30 minutes.

Property is a dump. The exterior smelled of sewer and the roof was covered in blue tarp. Room accommodations gave me the creeps. ******* sorry but you dropped the ball on this property! You should remove from your site.

Quick and easy check-in. Received excellent service. I was in a newly remodeled room so the decor was nice and everything was clean.
The only issue was the toilet wouldn't flush and the deadbolt lock did not work. The lady quickly responded to the toilet issue and found that it was clogged. She fixed the toilet and our stay was great. Thank you.

No hot water in the shower or sink. Strong Cigarette smell. Checking in took 45 minutes. No elevator.

First at arrival, no one at the front desk. Waited 15 and started looking for front desk or any employee with no luck after 15 min. Found out that there’s only one employee to do the work at front desk, maintenance and solve any other issues. Not fair for the poor employee, which it was great young men. Late At night there were kids playing in the hallway, screaming knocking on doors, walls, etc.. It was a desastre. Location was good.

There were roaches in the room. No blankets. Dirt everywhere. Tarps on the roof of the building. We left after 5 minutes. No staff on property. Stay away!!!!!
