When I went to check in, I was surprised to find that when you book and pay for your unit the only thing that money buys you is the right to stay in the condo. You don’t have the right to park your car in the parking lot you don’t have the right to use the pool or any other facilities on the property. For that they collect hundreds of dollars more in resort fees. But what are you going to do at that point? So be aware that what you think you are paying for this is not what you will really end up paying. It will be hundreds of dollars more.

This vacation was nice. The Villas was quaint and the amenities were great. The only real downfall was the 1/2 day plus of timeshare/vacation club sit ins. When they say 2 hours, get it in writing. I’m laughing as I write this, I should know better. The places and spaces they shared with us were great. The whole aspect of that “sell” was just long and seemed to drag on and on, but that’s sales- right?

A great place for family that is looking to stay off resort for Disney/sea world. Kids are very young and enjoyed the pool and playground. Recreational room was nice and gym looked very nice. The place was a little outdated but that is to be expected with all these places. Nothing lavish but was just enough. They even had pack and plays for the kids free of charge. Pool, kid pool, and hot tub all clean and in working order.

Do not stay here! Our car was broken into and our passenger side window smashed in the sometime in the middle of the night on April 21 and early morning of April 22. We called the front office to ask for assistance and they just told us to call 911. We asked if they might would call the non emergency number for us or at the very least give us the number. They said that they didn’t know it so we should just call 911. No one checked to see if we were ok. No one called us to ask us if we needed assistance. No one at this hotel cared to do anything. We did ask if they had security cameras so we could perhaps see what happened. They have NO security cameras on property except inside the front office. The website states that they have a security guard, but guess what? They don’t have one of those either. I would stay anywhere else besides this resort. I feel very unsafe and like our safety was not a priority. I gave this one star instead of zero because I had to rate it something in order to post this review.

This place is so so outdated and the pool is so cold that Noone goes in .it's absolutely pathetic.not even any activities and you have to ask for tourist info that they keep behind desk.and no service for one week this is pathetic.keep far away .at least if the pool was warmer people would use it

Very clean, quite. Pool was clean very well kept. Staff was very friendly. Offered free laundry services. We enjoyed our stay very much. Accommodations were great! Highly recommend! Bed was comfortable.

We reserved one of the two bedroom villas which smelled musty. The refrigerator did not work properly and we later learned the freezer did not work too as our ice cream melted. The toilets did not work properly and the shower pressure was very low. While at the pool and bar area there were so many bees we were not able to enjoy the pool. On a good note, although the bees were very annoying, the activities staff were very nice.

My family of 5 had 2 units...floors 2 and 3. This was our second visit at this facility and we marvel at how kind everyone always is! Every morning I was greeted with an enthusiastic hello from Cynthia working the front desk. The units are spotless, updated and very, very comfortable. I love how each bedroom feels like your own private room with private bath. This place is the best!
