GreenPoint Hotel Kissimmee

We enjoyed the stay very much. It's quiet, clean and friendly stuff. The way to Disney or other Attraction is perfect. It is the second time we are in Greenpoint and we'll com back for sure.

Amazing hotel really suited to families and well located to amenities nearby. Breakfast is lovely, mickey waffles °○°, cereals, toast, bagels, coffee, bacon/eggs, yogurts etc, coffee/tea and fresh juices. Pool and pool area is modern and well maintained. Rooms are modern and both beds and pillows are extremely comfortable! Free parking and located 1.6 miles from Old Town which is a lovely spot for evening family entertainment

My friend and I decided to book here for our summer trip to Orlando because the location was pretty nice considering it was relatively close to all the theme parks. Well, we got to the hotel and it did not have a pleasant smell..very musty. The sheets also had an odd smell and were a bit oily. Later on that day we found a large dead bird (looks like a crane but I’m not too sure what species it is) outside of our room that we believe one of the neighbors have killed and we reported it to the front desk in which they were not concerned whatsoever. Then that night we found a dead roach right by our bed and a couple more my friend had to shoo out. Place was very filthy and not well kept at all. Neighbors were sketch as well overall I do not reccomend staying here.

Do not judge by the cover. Location is OK plenty of food around. Motel style outsise is not inviting room is OK. Bathroom was nice, bed was OK pillows are good. Fridge, microwave, table for 2 inside the room abd work desk TV is OK. Overall for 1 nights does the job.

Not sure what I was expecting but I booked this room as a package with a rental car and it was a good deal. We spent four nights here and it was convenient to get to Universal. We weren't quite expecting a motel but that's what it is. No problem. The room was very clean and smelled clean. The remote didn't work very well and the lighting was weird. We were only there to sleep and have breakfast. The breakfast was OK, enough to get us going in the morning. We had zero issues with neighbors or the area. We didn't know housekeeping wasn't offered with a short stay, but again, we just slept and showered there. It's a good alternative if you're looking to save on accommodations.

Stayed here to attend Disney's halloween party. Room was clean, and spacious. Have no complaints at all. Spent around 75 total for a night. Decent price for a clean place to stay. Id definitely stay here again.

We Arrived at GreenPoint motel/hotel in Kissimmee Florida June 8, 2023…The location was right in the middle of a main drag and easy to get to Orlando. I forgot a lot of the hotels in Florida looks like motels. This place seem to be a decent for the area from the outside we were in for a surprise. People at the pool had a lot to say too. Wasn’t just us. This will be a long review. I am about customer service and experience. We got there and after flight ✈️ and grabbing a bite etc. we went to wash up and refresh ourselves and there’s NO WATER of any sort 👀🧐 plus it was HOT in the room. Broken AC So we went to the main entrance lobby and the GreenPoint Front Desk. We were told we needed to speak with Rep (Maria)outside their doors that was another shock. What’s going on here come to find out that ********* and other entities have been doing Airbnb hosting at these hotels or motels, which was surprising so we end up have to speak to someone who did Aaron before the hotel. So we met Maria she was tried her best. She was the best of all the people we dealt with via this AirBnB sector of the hotel. We were shown a paper from the Board of Directors they blonde hair woman (Who was covering/looking out for Caesar the Host that night after Maria left) said they knew since Friday prior to our arrival on Tuesday. I saw other people complaining about this situation. You didn’t think to make all your customers aware it’s a possibility this might affect the entire property. This water issue was supposed to be from Monday through Wednesday it continued Thursday we arrived on Tuesday. Unfortunately our room # and floor section was NOT on the list because that wasn’t the section they claimed to be working on. They were giving customers this notice upon arrival very unprofessional. We should have been notified prior to our arrival on Tuesday. Not paper given because we went to investigate. It’s business and common sense to inform everyone it might affect the entire building. The next issue it was hot as a furnace in the room we are in Florida hello 👋. Caesar tried to give us a hard time to get the AC switched out it was broken not fixable. Joe came with his helper and Maria and replaced it. Kudos to Joe. Cesar our Host now that we having issues responding suddenly he MIA just disappeared wouldn’t speak to us anymore like he did before us getting there. There wasn’t a language barrier according to his friend the blonde hair forgot her name. He doesn’t speak English well he did before both in text and call 👀😂we only spoke with him via Maria and giving her information or instructions. It’s very disappointing when you arrive and have a bad experience the very 1st day and then the person that you were dealing with all along now wants nothing to do with the problem. The water came back it was cold, so you had to deal with that as well, boiling water in the microwave to take a bathe not shower.
