Worst cleaning service ever, AC isn’t working in hottest weather, water smells terrible and on top infested with roaches 🪳

The hotel is definitely older and needs some updating. The furniture needs some replacing or some touch up paint maybe. The mattress on the bed did not fit so when I went to get on the bed it was difficult for me because I am short and the bed is high and then the ledge from the space on the side of the bed was hard for me to get on the bed without scraping my shins. Also, every time we went out to our hallway in our Rm 434 our hallway always smelled like “****” when there was clearly a NO SMOKING rule. It should of been addressed by housekeeping and never was! I told front desk when I left and she never even apologized. Not going back!

Amazing stay in hotel in reasonable price not far from all Orlando Parks (Disney, Sea World, Universal). Outstanding service at the reception - Klara will help you with everything to make your stay as great as possible.

Terrible terrible terrible the only thing nice was the rooms. Wasn't worth it if u oversleep past checkout only to be waken by sheriff's department don't.come.hwre I'd you cherish your freedom.
