Spent 4 days in Disney. I love reunion. I have stayed there almost 20 times. Nice rooms, beautiful grounds.

Great villas in close proximity to water park which is great for the kids, when we went it was a bit cooler and the water park and splash pad pools aren't heated so we weren't able to use those as much as we would've liked. A lot of other pool options available that were heated which helped! Drinks at the waterpark were quite $$$$$ but great resort for families, nice quiet rooms, also had parks for kids to play at. Close to disney attractions and easy to navigate.

Old money property. Great stay and reasonable prices. Just a little dated and the smalles shampoo bottles ive ever seen. We would go again.

The stay itself was great, really nothing bad to say. Staff was nice, friendly and accommodating. The only issue we had, was the water park wasn't as pristine as the pics, definitely needs some updating.

Not only was bad and we found bugs all over but even after arriving the first night @ 1 am we barely slept there overnight and we left early morning skipping the second day as we had to go to another place to be safe this is horrible. On top of everything we reached out and they never got back to us with any refunds or anything. We will contact the credit card company. Incredible how this could happen in 2023.

We've stayed at the property a few times and while it's nice, it is definitely showing its age. There's a lot of rust on the stairs from the rain and they're starting to come apart. My young kids tripped on multiple occasions on the seams that were cracked. While clean, the beds were separated from the frames, the sliding back door didn't lock properly, etc. I know it'll be expensive, but I think it might be time to put in new carpet/upholstery. It's definitely showing its age.

Villa was great! Enough room for everyone and easy to get to. The one thing I don’t like was the “surprise” parking fee per night and also that every amenity aside from the pools was extra. Most resorts I’ve been to, things like putt putt and bikes were included. Check in staff was great! Very pleasant and quick!
