It was good wish it was a little brighter inside the color was a little gloomy. Overall quiet, lots of pool, restaurants and activities was good. This was my 3rd time booking Westgate and I really do like it but I liked the Westgate Spa and the one in Myrtle Beach better. I would definitely revisit but a different room. My son left his ring and watch behind he was going to call to see if they found it. The staff was nice and friendly. Oh the toaster was burning bagel it needs to be changed the fire alarm kept going off. But it’s a nice resort.

The rooms on ******* did not translate to the property. They would not fix it as 3rd party error. Otherwise awesome time, great place to stay!

My recent stay at Westgate Vacation Villas was fantastic, with clean and comfortable accommodations, friendly staff, enjoyable facilities, and delicious dining options. However, I was surprised by the separate $25 fee for the waterpark which is separate from the resort fee. Maybe management should remove this extra expense. I will stay here next time for everything else and the awesomeness of this facility but will hesitate to use their water and would spend that 25 dollars somewhere else if I have to use a waterpark.

Took 45 minutes to check in and when I got to room the return air vent was filthy on main room. Size of unit and comfortability were great. Property had tons of things to do but we were lucky enough to come when it rained for two days straight.

It was an okay place to stay. No insulation between the inside and outside doors so it was very loud in the morning and evening when the neighbors came in and out. Fan and light randomly turned on in the middle of the night.

Property looked nothing like the pictures we viewed through *******. The outlet in our bathroom didn’t work, and several outlets in the room area also were barely functioning. The overhead lights flickered when on. Overall unimpressed with the accommodation.

I normally stay at Westgate when I travel. The unit I was a studio, for this visit. The bathroom floor had to get recleaned as there was hair on it, and definitely did not belong to me. The other issue I had was actually more from other unit and staff. 6 am kids running wild in unit next to me. Banging in the walls and etc. And then at 8:30 grounds crew right outside my window, really loud. No there was no quite refreshing morning to wake up to. This was disappointing, as when I have stayed at other locations, I have never had an issue with people not respecting others.

Was great to see they are updating the older units. We stayed in a recently updated room and it was very nice. My only complaint would be the door to the adjoining room there was only one door separating the 2 room and you could easily hear everything that was going on and light was coming thru bottom of the door and side. We put a towel down to block light coming through. But everything else was great.

On a first time staying at this place was confused to find the room...I liked that they have employees on golf carts day and night and i felt secure.
