Loved our stay here and would definitely go back. We had the deluxe one bed and reception was very accommodating when we requested a lake view. Room was nice and clean. Loved that the kitchen had utensils and pans if we wanted to cook and hotel was 2 minutes from a supermarket and numerous dining and shopping options. We also weren’t too far (20-30 minutes) from Disney/Universal which we liked as we didn’t want to stay to close to that area and explore other parts of Orlando/Kississimee area.

Clean property , upkeep is starting to slip a little, wristbands to enter units is still a problem compared to other properties. Plentiful food options near the resort as well as shopping options. Within minutes of all the theme parks. Comfortable units. Beware of 250.00 dollar security deposit when checking in although it is refunded.

Wonderful resort, love that it was amazingly clean, something I am very big on.
I’ve made a couple small request for extra towels, and had to remind staff for three days, then I had to pick it up myself. Also shower was keeping a screeching noise and it wa a never taken care of. Just those two issues, aside from the everything else was amazing. Thank you

Cypress Palms is a large resort with two pools and other onsite activities. Even though it was very busy, none of the amenities were ever crowded. We were always able to get chairs by the pools and the pool areas were very clean and comfortable. The one bedroom unit we had was very large and unlike many other resorts, we barely ever heard any of our neighbors
