Great place to stay for keeping large groups together, my family of 4 and sisters' family of 5 were able to be very comfortable. We stayed in the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom suite, and our suite had a kitchenette and fridge for prepping and storing snacks. The breakfast buffet was very filling and we aimed to be there early each day and there was ample food. Hotel room was very clean and bed very comfortable, the only negative thing I could say is that the rooms were a bit warm at night, that could be maybe due to my knowledge of working the thermostat but other than that we were comfortable. Hot tube and pool very fun and wheelechaire accessable which I thought was very cool

No question it is an older property. However, it is easy to see that management is making improvements to the important things as the money comes in. The beds were very comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was the best we've ever seen. There were many extra amenities, like the outdoor bar, in-room kitchen with a large refrigerator and dishwasher, arcade and more. All was very clean. On the downside, we had some trouble with our ancient heater. They addressed this promptly. The tub/shower floors are dangerously slippery and require caution. The lighting is still rather dim and charging ports are limited and primitive. But overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel. We didn't utilize the parking lot so can't speak to that aspect.

Worked out perfect for our family. We were there 10 days, and enjoyed our stay. Great value resort. Loved the pool, and our kids loved the waffles for breakfast.

Receptionist very nice, room clean, comfortable and nice.
I request a hair dryer took longer than I expected. Since it was not arriving I end up to picking it up from the front Desk.
But overall very nice Hotel, would definitely stay again.

Hotel was fine. Only thing the main pool water was not heated and could not enjoyed the pool with kids.

The bar has poor drink options. The pool water wasn't warm enough. Rest of place was fine. Traffic around the area sucks bad.

Loved that the room was a true suite. However, it was dated and tired looking. In addition we had to ask the front desk for things like coffee maker which they did send up but without supplies and also an ice bucket.
Overall considering the price per night stay, this was not good value

It was a short stay (1night) but staff was very helpful. Loved that the pool was heated and open until 11pm! That was a plus. Breakfast buffet was really good. We got 2 bed and a sofa in one room for a great price. Would definitely be on the radar for our next Orlando trip
