Breakfast was amazing for a hotel. The pool is open until 11pm which is fabulous. Staff are super friendly and helpful. It’s our 2nd stay here and we will be back next year!

1st night no hot water. Was moved to another room with bad air conditioner. Shower had mold and bubbling ceiling paint from a water leak. The hotel also charges everyone $75 deposit that you will not get back. At check out, they explain the $75 is for parking in their lot and a local $7 a day resort fee.

Check in was great. Let us pick floor and gave us a room with a view of the pool which was nice. Only downside was entering the room you could smell the pool/mildew. Bed was fine. Took a while for hot water to kick in but once it did it was hot! Breakfast was good every morning. Staff were very pleasant and attentive. The elevator was a little scary at times. It was bumpy and there were delays with it opening sometimes when you got to your floor. Overall it was fine for our trip. I would love to see lounge chairs by the pool instead of just standard chairs. Bummed the hot tub went down before we could use it. It was located near plenty of places to eat and shop and was convenient to highways. We would stay again.
