Absolutely perfect! The owners and hosts Niki and Katarina made sure I had everything I needed me and the warmth and care they showed toward my stay was unsurpassed. The hotel is modern, and spotless!! I found the room and balcony suited my needs perfectly. Located in the center of town and close to beaches was a bonus. Incredible value and I will definitely return!

This was the best hotel stay ever! Such a welcome and kindness! Spotlessly clean (new linen every 3rd day!) Nothing was too much trouble. Fresh coffee, fruit & treats every morning. Brilliant "bring & share" corner for all those things you might need. Perfectly situated for town and beach. Absolutely fantastic. Thank you Nikki, Katerina & Yiannis. See you in spring!

We need to thank Niki and Kate, they are specialized in offering an excellent welcome and hospitality. We stayed there in July, and honestly we think that this should be a4 stars hotel. The location of the hotel is perfect for moving to any place or for a simple walk.

Wonderful hotel in the heart of Kissamos with all comforts and even more. Niki, Katerina and Yannis are there to make your stay memorable with a Cretan touch. They do really care about their guests well being. From a practical point of view the hotel is positioned in front of the Archeological Museum. Parking is easy to find (2 big parking spots at walking distance) and is free. The rooms are all facing the square with a glimpse of the sea. All rooms are with air conditioned and equipped with a small fridge. The extra mile is given by a magical corner inside the hotel reserved for 24/7 coffee, cookies, fruits, all sorts of amenities from soaps to diving masks. We stayed for 17 days and we'll be back for sure.

This hotel and it's location, let us get the best of this short trip to West Crete!! It is steps away of good restaurants, shops (big supermarket just 5 min. walk away), in front of the Archeological Museum, very good restaurants by the sea ... The hotel is small, but clean and comfortable, and the staff is sooooo nice, they will make you feel at a 5 stars hotel!! They gave me an upgrade and cake for my birthday!! If I ever go back, it has to be to Castell Hotel in Kissamos.

Ci siamo sentiti subito a casa. Siamo stati coccolati durante tutto il soggiorno con consigli, disponibilità e simpatia. Niky, Katherina, Gianis sono tre persone straordinarie, pronte ad accogliere ogni richiesta ed a fornire suggerimenti su taverne dove mangiare, meteo, spiagge fuori dalle rotte turistiche dove ammirare paesaggi unici. Vengono offerti servizi degni di un hotel di categoria superiore, quali servizio lavanderia, teli mare, ombrelloni, acqua, frutta fresca e/o dolcetti, caffè ecc. Ottima ed unica l'idea di creare un angolino dove poter trovare prodotti per la pulizia, prodotti di bellezza, libri ecc lasciati dai viaggiatori che ci hanno preceduto. Comodissima anche la possibilità di poter parcheggiare vicino all'hotel, dove abbiamo sempre trovato posto, almeno nel mese di settembre.

Très bon accueil avec un surclassement à notre arrivée ! Chambre confortable, literie très confortable, au calme avec la climatisation car l'hôtel est en plein centre de Kissamos. Petit-déjeuner en chambre, traditionnel et simple. A 2 pas de Phalassarna donc point de chute intéressant car Kissamos présente peu d'intérêt en soit.

Ho soggiornato in questo Hotel in Agosto con la mia famiglia. È stato tutto magnifico, l'accoglienza, la pulizia, la posizione. I gestori sono stati veramente di aiuto, dandoci consigli utili. È stato bello scambiare due chiacchiere davanti a un bel caffè freddo espresso. Credo di aver trovato degli amici e che tornerò sicuramente da loro la prossima volta che visiterò Creta . I love Kissamos , I love Castell Hotel Grazie ragazzi Alla prossima!! Luca
