Fabulous hotel situated in a beautiful location on the edge of Kissamos. Spacious clean comfortable rooms with great views of the bay. Pool is a good size and there is a private sandy beach(plenty of sun loungers) serviced by a beach bar with food. All staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The bay has plenty of activities with boat hire , paddleboards, diving etc. Kissamos town is a short walk away with plenty of good reasonably priced restaurants and bars. I would highly recommend this destination .

What an amazing time we had at the Molos Bay. Everything way perfect - the hotel, amazing view, private beach. The staff are exceptional too - reception (thank you Janna and Elli), restaurant and beach/bar staff. Thank you all. We will definitely be back.

I think the best hotel you can get in Kissamos for at a lower price. Where do i start? The hotel has all the basic amenities you need, breakfast is really good, staff are friendly and helpful, always smiling and greeting you “kalimera”😅. I was welcomed by the receptionist named Janna, she’s very accommodating, even upgraded my room to seaview and also tried helping me with the trips that i want around town. Room is very clean as well, not noisy unlike some hotels I’ve stayed with in my Greece vacation. And it’s located conveniently near the grocery and bus station of Kissamos, just a 5minute walk.

I stayed at Molos Bay for one night on arrival in Chania. Prior to arrival they communicated with me well to arrange a smooth transfer from the airport and a late (1am) arrival. The concierge was clearly expecting me and facilitated a speedy and friendly check in, taking my bags up to my room. The hotel was spacious and clean - in fact my room and its balcony were absolutely massive! However, the decor in the rooms felt dated and could do with a renovation to bring it up to similar hotels nearby. As it was exceptionally windy during my stay, it wasn't possible to sit on the beach which had red flags warning against swimming. There were sunbeds and parasols there and the beach was pretty. Instead I stayed around the pool which was large and clean and is probably the hotel's best feature. Reception looked after my bags behind the desk. Breakfast had lots of options and I ate in the snack bar at lunch - whilst the servers were friendly and helpful, and my breakfast and salad were delicious, it was disappointing that they didn't have any plant based milks. I later discovered that every other cafe, hotel or restaurant I went to did, so they are an outlier here.

Lovely hotel positioned on a bay, with sunbeds on the beach. Family trip dominated by the hell of one night. Live music event for a family celebration (christening) which started at 10pm and went on till 4am. Definately not customers come first.

Would recommend checking that there are no planned parties. We were kept up until 4am (only this time because the police were allegedly called by other guests) by a party organised by the owners. We are normally very understanding but this was ridiculously loud music - was like staying in a nightclub! No understanding or compassion for guests in the vicinity. Tried to complain the next day to be told that this was only a ‘small party’ with no apology (dread to think what a normal party would look/sound like!)
