It's was very sad, the hotel became old, the rooms became dilapidated, tired, unhappy employees looking into their eyes like dead, we talked to each other, and it was a very bad situation, they told us how much they do not get well salaries, their salaries are under the minimum wage, they have a thousand managers, but they do not have any employees in the evening to fix the lamp, a few cleaning staff waiting more than two hours to bring you some towels because of the lack of them, they have , unclean spa. I will not return

We've just returned from 2 nights celebrating our wedding anniversary at Cramim Hotel. It was an extremely enjoyable experience. Upon arrival, we discovered that as Platinum Sun Club members, we were upgraded to a Cramim Deluxe room facing east. This turned out to be excellent, providing us with exceptional peace and privacy. The spa treatments were outstanding. There are three pools, so it didn't feel crowded despite the hotel being full. The highlight was the dining. The food was of very high quality, with an enormous selection. Surprisingly, the flavors were precise despite being served in a dining room for many guests. The staff was friendly, smiling, and courteous despite the busy atmosphere. They cleared plates from the table and ensured nothing was lacking. Thank you very much for a perfect stay!

My wife and I came for an overnight stay to celebrate a special anniversary. We were not disappointed. The spa massage which we had scheduled for our arrival was pleasant and we were treated by competent and caring masseuses. The room and the other facilities in the hotel were as one might anticipate at this type of hotel. Both dinner and breakfast were outstanding, probably the best buffet type hotel dinning I have experienced, hands down the best in Israel. I have not hesitation in recommending the Cramim Hotel and Spa. Having said all this, I would not award the hotel five stars for reasons which are easily remedied or issues which should never be found: 1) Cleanliness is an issue, dust can be found in common areas and in the (our) rooms without looking for it. 2) We visited (by chance) on one of the coldest days of the year. The common areas, in particular in the spa, were not warm. One guest said to us in conversation, "I don't get it, this place is a spa, it should be warm and comfortable, it's freezing, that's why I'm wearing this sweatshirt and not one of the (terrycloth) robes provided". The corridor on our floor was absolutely cold, there was no discernible heat, it really was a case of bringing the outdoors, inside. 3) The hotel staff were overall excellent in their own areas, however there was very little expression of esprit de corps which is de rigueur for five star establishments. 4) The appearance of some of the staff was not slovenly, but certainly under par. I can appreciate that the hotel is not of the cord and braided uniform variety, but management needs to pay more attention to the overall feeling they want to impart to guests. 5) The level of English among the staff does not befit a five star establishment, (it was not a problem for me as I am fluent in Hebrew). This is easily improved by providing some lessons which are geared to providing services to guests. 6) A final note. Prior to our visit I wrote to Isrotel's customer service e-mail, mentioning that we were coming to celebrate a special wedding anniversary, and some acknowledgment of this detail would make our stay more pleasurable. They responded that they would forward this to the hotel and that this would be attended to, conditions permitting. The hotel had a fair number of guests, but nothing that should have overtaxed the staff. Again, this is a minor detail, and I do not mention it to register a complaint, rather it is another indication that the General Manager is not affixing his eye sharply enough on the ball. So, four stars instead of five.

... My mother and I stayed at Cramim hotel during Rosh HaShana holiday. It's a highly aesthetic and beautifully designed place. Everything is clean, the gardens are well taken care of, and the interior design is of a very high level. The rooms are cozy too. The view from the room's windows is pretty, but our room faced some unfinished construction from the neighborhoods around, which was a pity (but isn't the hotel's fault). Service is absolutely excellent, every question is answered and we felt comfortable to ask for things, everyone is friendly, helpful, professional and nice- specially Jacob, who was particularly friendly to us, and Einat from the shop. The hotel has 3 swimming pools- one inside and two outside, a hot tub and a sauna- all well maintained, clean and cozy. The gym and Yoga studio are quite modest, the gym is equipped with bikes and running devices but not with much equipment for strength exercises. The spa treatment floor is quiet and you will find there armchairs, hot and cold tea and relaxing music. The spa offers a variety of treatments too. The hotel's breakfast is excellent, diverse, and everything is fresh and tasty- salads, cheese, eggs, fruits and sweet baked goods, absolutely fantastic. At dinner you will find a variety of meat and fish dishes, but only one vegan main course (I suggest as an improvement to offer more vegetarian-vegan dishes at dinner). However, most salads and side dishes are suitable for people who don't eat meat, and you'll find a variety of those. Beds are very comfortable and you can even order a pillow from a pillow menu. Rooms are well equipped and we even received a little cake, chocolate and a new air diffuser. We enjo

We came with amazing expectations… and I was disappointed. The pool and spa and massages are excellent however… The food looked amazing but it was nothing out of the ordinary. The staff were slow and despite being friendly , they took ages to bring drinks etc. the front reception again friendly but provided wrong information. Mohammed was extremely helpful at the front desk after as was the manager but we were not the only ones who felt like that. To keep the standard of what is meant to be a top exclusive hotel they must improve food and service. To be honest.. I really would choose other places over this until they get back up to what seemed to be fantastic a while back.
