The staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean, and the view was stunning! We love the breakfast which was included in the room rate for the wide selection and great taste. The restaurant also serves lunch and dinner. There is a bistro which serves a more affordable dinner after 5p.m, the staff of the restaurants and bistro were friendly too. There is a free sauna for the customer but unfortunately we had no time to try it. The hiking trail was clearly marked and there was a map available at the reception. There was a guide available after 7pm for the customer to ask questions about aurora sighting. We joined the aurora sky station tour as well! It was a unique and unforgettable experience even though we couldn't see the aurora as it was cloudy, kudos to Jasper the guide as he tried his best to give us the best experience :)

The hotel is next to the lake, which is very suitable for watching the aurora at the door of the hotel. Unfortunately, the clouds were too thick on the day of check-in and we couldn't see the aurora. The hotel has glass houses and cabins. The glass houses look very simple and have low cost performance. You must book all kinds of snow sports in advance, otherwise you will not be able to book them. I played all the way for 6 days, one city every day, thinking about going there and booking all the activities for the next day. In the last 6 days, I didn’t play a single activity.
