Rest in this hotel from February 28 to March 5, booked twice (28 to 3 and 3 to 5 extended). In general everything was very enjoyable, but also there are its minus. Let's start with the pluses: 1. Very polite staff who met us and told us all about the accommodation and the rules of use of the SPA (well, or almost everything, about it further); 2. We booked the standard number as there was no other one on the booking, calling the hotel in advance we asked for a double bed room or at least connect 2 single beds if the first opportunity was not available. On arrival, we were pleasantly surprised that as a bonus we improved the room to comfort with a double bed. 3. The rooms are clean, daily cleaning, in the room there are all necessary (4 types of towels, bathing coats, disposable slippers, hygiene, vent, tea, tea and sugar, as a bonus is worth a coffee machine not presso with capsules (80 rubles per piece, as a lifhak - There are five places in the opposite place where you can buy the same capsules). There is also a mini bar and a safe in the room. It was pleased that there are a lot of rosetates in the room, often in hotels, they are very few and are located in difficult places. 4. Each floor has a dry skiing room for ski equipment and equipment. On the first floor is a large one, on the rest at least. 5. Breakfast ”Swedish table” is included in the cost. As I wrote above, we liked everything very much, so we decided to extend the reservation. And now about the minus: 1. Bad noise isolation. It may only be in our room like this, but the night before the road could not sleep, because the noise conversations continued until the hour of the night in the next room (and it felt like they were sitting with us in the room). Thanks to the call at the hour of the night on the respiratory - the conversations immediately ended. I would also like to note that the extract in the bathroom worked very poorly.; 2. When the staff were settled, I forgot to report that on the weekend breakfast was not from 7.30 and from 8.00. The last day, by the way, March 5 is a Russian working Saturday. In response, they received ”the same Saturday.” 3. The cleaning of rooms is daily and qualitative is plus. But a couple of times we forgot to add black tea.
