Наверное, это здание раньше было общежитием или профилакторием одного из соседних заводов. Отсюда и особенности - хрустящий линолеум в коридорах, протертая плитка на лестницах, старый лифт. Но номера (двухместные) просторные интересной планировки (с одной кровати не видно вторую). В номере есть телевизор, письменный стол, стулья, тумбочки, небольшой диван, посуда (горячую воду можно взять на этаже в бойлере, гостям выдаются чай в пакетиках и сахар), кондиционер, балкон. Ванная комната удобная: душ с пятью режимами, ванна, фен, одноразовые шампунь и гель. Убираются каждый день. Расположение не очень - далековато от центра. Вид из окна - либо на завод, либо на многоэтажки. Завтрак утром по выбору из трех комплексов: от каши с блинами и яичницы с беконом до спагетти с колбасками, булочки с джемом, чай или кофе. Если не включено, то стоит 200 руб. В кафе можно обедать и ужинать, еда без изысков, иногда бывает пресной. Интернет от Дом.Ру - быстрая регистрация, бесплатное пользование, скорость приличная. Цены на проживание средние. Приличное качество за такую стоимость.

Если честно, то я останавливаюсь в этой гостинице по двум причинам: - близко к выезду из города; - есть балконы в номерах (для курящего человека это немаловажно). Со времени моего последнего посещения гостиницы (примерно год назад это было) в ней произошли только негативные изменения, а именно: - кулеры на этажах почему-то стали работать на выдачу только горячей воды (почему?!); - жил на 4-ом этаже, мужской туалет был закрыт насмерть. Хочешь - иди на 5-ый этаж, или, как вариант, в номере раковина есть((((; - год назад новая, ещё пахнущая свежестью мебель, почему-то вдруг превратилась в страшную скрипучесть. Всё остальное по-старому. Магазины рядом. Вид на какой-то завод. В следующий раз буду в Вятке останавливаться (см. мой отзыв на этом же сайте).
