Lovely room, stayed in Arran Suite which was massive with lounge area and sea view. Very friendly staff, nothing too much trouble. It's a beautiful building being lovingly restored.

Beautiful Scottish themed rooms which were in keeping with the stunning building with stained glass windows and fire places. The owners are extremely helpful and welcoming. A lovely atmosphere and an excellent location for travelling the Cowal peninsula and across the water to Gourock

Great services from staff! Looking forward to my next visit and the Arran room had great views! The food was to a high level also the weather wasn't the best but the reception area was nice and warm on our arrival. Plenty of parking space especially off the ferry when the ferry was full! We wasn't expecting the hotel to be literally across from the ferry! Well recommended!

Another fantastic time spent with my family and I in Dunoon. This hotel is perfectly situated, the breakfast is delicious , rooms were spotless , linen fresh, all the staff are always very friendly and welcome you back. Looking forward to our next visit already.

Hotel was very welcoming, rooms were very clean and felt like a home, we had dinner here and there are good options for everyone. Hotel is in a great location to visit the sights of Dunoon. Great value for money for its location. The views from the hotel are also stunning.

Met up with friends, 2 of us had dogs the staff were very friendly, was made to feel welcome including the dogs. Room was perfect spotless and very spacious, evening meal ws delicious, staff came over and spoke to us had a laugh with them, manager was very helpful gave advice on lovely walks, great location just across from ferry, breakfast was great. Will definitely be back. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Absolutely amazing hotel such spacious and and comfortable beds the friendliest and accommodating of staff delicious food and plenty of choice for a tipple views from outside are fantastic as is the location for going for a wee walk down the side of the water on a quiet night
