This hotel I would not recommend staying at, once I got to my room there were lady bugs everywhere. When I brought this to the attention of the front desk worker, I was told "Oh I thought that might be an issue", along with comments about rooms having lady bugs and rolly pollies that the exterminator can not get rid of. After hearing this I was definitely not willing to switch rooms, also was refused a refund.

Extremely clean and well-maintained facility, with friendly and helpful staff. The rooms must be well-soundproofed, because I didn't hear much at all and slept great. Really good experience all around.

The room wss clean. However the heater was so loud I had to turn it off. The hotel would be great for workers on the road, but unacceptable for a casual traveler.

The breakfast options were decent. There was a dirty, very stained piece of furniture in our room and my husband almost cut his finger opening the door. Maintenance took care of the issues promptly. There was a cat apparently living in the lobby even though there are supposed to be no pets. The ice machine on our floor was broken and the pool was closed.

Very well maintained property. Clean and no nasty “Hotel smell”. The bottom of the tub was slippery so watch your footing. Will visit again.

The property is fairly new but the quality of the construction is below average. The bathroom air vent is out of place. But the staff are excellent and the breakfast choices are excellent.

The front desk receptionist was super nice and helpful. However, someone ahead of us was assigned the room we were amd no one recorded it so when the poor receptionist assigned us, she had to work to figure it out. She quicky got us un a new room but it was a tad frustrating.

We checked in and were very disappointed to find that one of the beds looked as if someone had been laying on it and the sheets had yellowish stains. We went back down to the check-in desk and explained what we found. The employee was very accommodating and assigned us a different room. Unfortunately, the next room was apparently a smoking room. We opened a window, turned on the bathroom fan, and left to go have dinner with family. When we returned, the odor was still strong and we realized we would not be able to stay. We explained it to the employee at the check in desk. Then we left to go stay with our family. The Baymont Hotel was very nice and they did refund me all the money. So, we didn't actually stay all night there.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel kitty was resting on the couch waiting for tummy scratches. I felt right at home.
Breakfast was good. Sausage, eggs, biscuits & gravy.
