The hotel staff are warm and welcoming, the breakfast and dinner they serve are impressive and I personally think it is better than the hotel. The hotel has only five rooms, Shaodong has stayed in the United States, can speak fluent English, and the proprietress can also speak simple English. Everyone gossips homely, making people feel at home.
It's in a convenient location just next to q small plaza with restaurants and shops. The meals included are very delicious and staff are hospitable. The private onsens are clean and nice.
Very new and clean accommodation, highly recommended for self-driving travelers, parking is free, providing delicious light spaghetti and fried rice, coffee and drinks. The room was very clean and the bedding was comfortable, and the staff was polite and actively assisted.
Environmental sanitation and quiet, there is a good sleep after long-distance driving. Sleep well!
If you have the opportunity, you will still stay next time!

This Japanese-style hotel is more convenient to drive. It takes about four or five minutes to drive to the nearest restaurant and store area. There is a road outside the garden/parking lot outside the hotel door and there is no place to walk. It takes about10-15 minutes to drive to the Wudao Shen Palace.
The decoration of the hotel is very new, the Japanese-style room is large, clean and comfortable, the equipment is complete, and the service is sincere and kind. Four independent individual use of the style, two outdoor, two open air, very Japanese style, comfortable to use. Breakfast is eaten separately in the restaurant, and the food is rich and delicious.
Overall, enjoy a high-level hot spring trip.
PS. Red leaves on the mountain are super , praise!

The traditional hot spring hotel in the country, although the language is not very good, but the service is very thoughtful, because there is no bus early in the morning, the hotel lady helps to find a nearby taxi, very intimate praise

Outstanding
GGuest UserThere is a supermarket nearby, which I think is more convenient. The hotel and room environment is very good, and the private outdoor hot spring space in the room is also relatively large; The only thing is that the hotel is located near the city. Although it is more convenient, it also sacrifices and lacks the landscape of . This depends on personal choice. But in general, it is considered a hotel worth staying in.
GGuest UserTypical Japanese-style room, beautiful view outside the window. The camellia in the hotel is in full bloom.
Akamatsuyu is great. I saw it twice during my stay at the hotel. It was a pleasant surprise. It was snowing, and it was wonderful to soak in the hot spring in the snow.
The meal was also good. The dinners were different for two nights, which was considered for the guests.
The hotel has its own hiking root, and you can see the waterfall when you walk over.
The overall feeling is great.
AAnonymous UserAll the hotel staff were very polite and kind. The rooms were spacious, clean, well-equipped, and well-furnished, and the beds were comfortable. Coffee beans and grinders were provided, so I was able to enjoy freshly brewed coffee in the morning. I was also able to rent a private bath twice, and although it was cold when I got out of the open-air bath, I was captivated by the beautiful garden view, and the water temperature was just right, so I was able to warm up quickly. The only disappointment was the attitude of the staff at the shop. First, there were no baskets, so when I asked for one, they said ”Please wait a moment” in a slightly irritated tone. Thankfully, a customer next to me who had just finished purchasing couldn't bear to see me and gave me his own basket. Also, there was no sign of a self-checkout, so when I was waiting for a staff member to pay, he coldly told me, ”It's a self-checkout.” This was a bit disappointing.
LLamThe hotel has two buildings. This time we stayed in the annex
There are plenty of parking spaces on this self-driving tour
The lobby is elegant and elegant with artwork
There is a glass church on the third floor of the main building supposedly for locals to hold weddings
Location near aeon can shop for replenishment
There are also many restaurants nearby
AAnonymous UserOne of the best hotels I have ever stayed in is an old hot spring hotel. It is said to have been passed down from generation to generation. The Japanese-style garden design is very beautiful. The Japanese-style room we booked was very spacious and included breakfast and dinner. The hotel has its own farm and ingredients. They are all sourced from their own farms, and Wagyu beef can be delivered all over Japan. The breakfast is very exquisite, and for dinner you can enjoy Kaiseki dishes such as Wagyu beef and lobster. The dining service in the room is very good, and you can also choose to eat in the restaurant. The hotel service is very good, providing daily pick-up and drop-off services to the airport, Hayato Station, and Kokubu Station. The hotel staff will proactively ask if you need to make a reservation for pick-up every day, and provide one-on-one pick-up with high-end vehicles. There is free freshly ground coffee in the lobby and free minibars in the rooms. There is a private bath in the room, which can be used indoors or outdoors. The free public bath has three outdoor hot spring pools and one large indoor hot spring pool. The hot spring water is so hot that you will sweat after soaking in it for a while. It is a rare carbonated spring in Japan. Opposite the hotel is a large supermarket with a variety of Kagoshima specialties and fresh ingredients, as well as a convenience store. There is a young lady who can speak Chinese. The whole experience was very good, will definitely come again!
GGuest UserAs soon as we got out of the car in the parking lot, a staff member greeted us and showed us around.
There is also a walking course through the 100-year-old cedar forest.
Dinner with a view of the forest was delicious, featuring local cuisine. After the meal, free coffee and tea was served in the lounge on the third floor, and the cedar forest from there looked great. I was thrilled when a flying squirrel flew up to the cedar tree right in front of me. The hot springs are also very large. There are various hot springs, and the moonlit open-air bath was the best!
The delicious food, comfortable hot springs, beautiful views, and the hospitality of the staff were very soothing.
I would like to go again.
明明明仔The hotel already has a history
So the facilities are relatively old
The location is close to the hot spring market and Lawson
The room is large in size
The hot water in the bathtub or wash basin in the room is hot spring water, so it has a sulfur smell.
Dinner is plenty
Breakfast is a buffet, leaning towards Japanese style
RREI YSThe facilities are a bit old, especially the tatami mats, which are very shabby and stained socks and pants are everywhere. The location is not suitable for people who like to shop around. There is only one Lawson nearby and there are very few shops. The fog sold in the hotel The island specialty snacks are very sweet. Another thing is that the smell of hot springs is very bad. The smell of hot springs is everywhere within a few kilometers of the hotel, and it is even stronger in the room. I suggest friends who don’t know what hot springs smell like to choose carefully. However, the hotel provides breakfast and dinner, and the food is quite rich.
AAnonymous UserThe portion for dinner was a lot, but the fruit was a slice of orange and two thin mangoes, which was a little less than expected. Although the breakfast is only one serving, the portion is quite sufficient. There are mud hot springs, which are very special.
FFujisohThe stay was average. Ample car park space. If there isn't, just ask front desk and they will direct you to park at adjacent site, which we did. Hotel did request we surrender car key to them, probably to move car in event of need. We chose not to.
The breakfast spread was great, a typical Japanese full breakfast. Was pleasantly surprised by the generous servings and beverages.
Room has musky smell so we had to use personal air freshener to at least sterilise the air in room.
Else, all average.
Thank you.
