Its a good place as a onsen resort hotel. The onsens are really good. The food is so so but they provide free flow ramen and ice-pop at night as supper and snack. The room is spacious, clean and quiet. There is a private onsen tub at the balcony of our room. It is so nice to enjoy it in the breezy spring. It will be better if you have own car to stay here. There do not have much choice of public transport direct to the hotel. But hotel staffs are also helpful to assist you to grab a taxi to any scenic spots nearby. The taxi drivers are all very nice. Even they can not speak english well, they tried very best to drive slowly when we pass by beautiful sakura park and use simple english to introduce few scenic places. The hotel limousine provided us one way when we arrived the jingu station and one way when we checked out from the hotel to jingu for free. I like their service and have great stays here!

Love the private outdoor bath on the balcony! The food was good. We had both Western and Japanese dinners, but I'd go for the Japanese set if we only had one day. Breakfast was plentiful. Parking was easy. The room looked a little aged, but it was clean and well maintained.

I love the three private onsen. They are on first come first serve basis without reservation needed. People mostly will finish their session within 45mins basically so I have the chance to try all three private rooms. They all have good views and allow group of 2-5 people basically. The interior design is magnificent and gorgeous. One of the room even can gaze stars directly from the onsen tub. My stay here is comfortable. Didn't have the chance to try the onsen in room. The breakfast is Japanese and Western style. Taste good and look very appetizing. The view from the restaurant is beautiful either. Will definitely recommend adding the breakfast buffet but note that the time for breakfast is 07:00-09:30 (L.O. 09:00) if you're not an early bird.

Beautiful and large room with private hot spring. Nice swimming pool. Free parking. Had coffee beans, grinder and filter paper in my room for making coffee. The free cookies were tasty too.

You must drive yourself to get there. It is about half an hour away from the center of Kirishima. There are no street lights on the mountain road at night, and it is very foggy and dark, so drive carefully. The hotel has a large bathhouse and three independent bathhouses. It is very classic. Because it is a natural hot spring, the smell in the room is really a bit loud, like rotten eggs, so just accept it. You can give it a try as a whole.

Dinner and breakfast were very good! The service is very good. Overall, I am very satisfied. The furniture in the room is a bit old, but the room is spacious.

I booked this hotel because I read other reviews. The room has a private bathtub🛁soaking in hot springs, which is great! As for the public private hot springs and large baths, the environment is super comfortable. The Italian dinner in the hotel restaurant is delicious and delicious👍🏻. If you want to go out to eat out at other restaurants or convenience stores to buy snacks and drinks, you have to walk for ten minutes, but there is a driving road, and there are no street lights at night, which will be more dangerous❗️In summary, the quality of the hotel is good, but the transportation is inconvenient. It would be nice if the hotel had a shuttle bus to the station or airport.

The hot spring has three private rooms, which can be used by couples and families. In addition, the rooms booked this time all have hot springs to soak in, which is great. The location of the hotel is about 5 minutes' walk from the bus station on a small road, which is very convenient. I will definitely stay here again next time I go to Kirishima. Highly recommended

It's so upright, the environmental sanitation is very good, there is a free private hot spring to soak in, the sunset is infinitely beautiful, there are barbecues, set meals, and convenience stores nearby, 讃👍🏻♨️

The quality of the hotel is very good, the family bath is beautiful, and eating ice cream after soaking in the hot spring is really refreshing. The hotel is located in Kirishima, relatively close to the airport. You can try the barbecue restaurant and check in at the hotel.
