We had half board included in the room booking. The food, both dinner and breakfast were very good and out of expectation! The hotel was old but our room seemed to have been renovated so it was ok.

Room is a bit old and kettle is not clean but the in room onsen room that i booked is awesome. Enjoyed the onsen in room is relaxing. Dinner is beautifully presented and tasty. Very value for money, will come back again.

The dinner was delicious, and every dish was exquisite and unique. The public hot springs are elegant and clean. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast is a buffet style with many types of food, including Japanese and Western. The CP value is extremely high!

The room was spacious and the bath was nice, but the food and service were not so good. The staff were vague when explaining the dishes, saying "I think it's probably ____," and after explaining that the meat should be served with salt and wasabi, they said, "I've never eaten it with wasabi." The service was too close.
Also, personally, I couldn't understand why we had to pay the facility usage fee for a 0-year-old baby who didn't go into the hot springs or get any meals. If it costs 1,100 yen to have the baby food we brought heated in the microwave and to borrow a chair to eat, I don't think I'll use this hotel again.
