It’s hard to describe in one word. The staff had a good attitude, but was rather rigid and wasted a lot of our time. I didn't notice the difference between one person and two people when booking online. When I arrived at the front desk, I was told that the reservation was for one person and not two people. I said I would pay the difference. The front desk said no, they had to go to the platform to book again, but there were no rooms available on the platform that day... The next day, they said the room didn't come with breakfast, and after another round of trouble, they said their system had made a mistake. Speechless.
