Facilities: The Wi-Fi signal in the room is not good, but after suggestions, the hotel clicked an expansion router at the door, and the signal is much better.

It’s hard to describe in one word. The staff had a good attitude, but was rather rigid and wasted a lot of our time. I didn't notice the difference between one person and two people when booking online. When I arrived at the front desk, I was told that the reservation was for one person and not two people. I said I would pay the difference. The front desk said no, they had to go to the platform to book again, but there were no rooms available on the platform that day... The next day, they said the room didn't come with breakfast, and after another round of trouble, they said their system had made a mistake. Speechless. Thank you Ctrip for helping us communicate and solve the problem in time.

We stayed at Elephant reach resort for 2 nights! The place is exactly like the photos on the website! The staff is very cordial and very friendly. They took care of all the things and my parents and I enjoyed a lot! The rooms are big and very cosy. The food is very good and they had a lot of options. All in all it was a very good stay!

The stay was good and we had a free room upgrade. The staffs were very welcoming and warm. We stayed here to go for the Yala National Park Safari - The hotel prepared breakfast ahead of schedule for us despite the time we left was very early. That was very courteous of them. The Ambience and environment were perfect clean and comfy. Thanks would definitely return again on our next trip ❤️

It was a worry-free experience to vacation here. Our sojourn here was peaceful, the scenery was beautiful, and the staff are very helpful and nice. There is a cat, which is always a plus, and there are many birds, too. The cottage is nice and quaint.

We had a very short stay of less than 24 hours, but it was enough to find out that the hotel and management is very focussed on the customer experience and guest satisfaction. Great food, lovely pool and very attentive staff. We just wish we had a longer stay here....the national park is quite close by, and the Safari is a top notch experience as well. If you are headed this way, should not miss the Yala safari....we saw many elephants, deer, crocodiles, mongoose, eagles, toucan, monitor lizards....large park touching the ocean on one end, lots of water bodies inside! Overall we had a great family experience...thank you to the Elephant Reach Hotel team!!

This hotel is simply fantastic. The rooms surround the gardens and pool and the rooms are large and have everything needed for a great stay. The staff here are very helpful and provide help when needed. The dinner was lovely and very tasty. The food was good and offered a great variety of
