Excellent food and drinks. Room was very clean and very large for 2 people. Staff were brilliant and very helpful. Location is excellent for the town and ski lift. Outside patio area pleasant for bbq evening and sun loungers available for the summer sun. Can not fault this hotel in anyway.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, our room was of a good size with walk in shower all in the traditional Austrian style - exactly what we hoped for! It also had a lovely balcony with views of the mountains. Overall the food was of a very high standard, the highlight being a massive bbq in the late September sunshine. Our package included free wine, beer & soft drinks. they also have a great selection of cocktails and schnapps - well worth a try! One of the evenings there was entertainment provided by the hotel "Edelweiss Duo" performing a selection of Austrian music (see pictures!) We have already booked to return again!

My first visit to Austria and stay in this fabulous hotel. It has beautiful communal areas lots of room to spread out. The lounge is of a very high standard with great furniture. The restaurant is comfortable and not cramped the food was fantastic the only strange thing I found was having to pay separately for drinks in cash as the bar is run by a separate entity a minor negative. The room was a good size very room great shower. Service by staff was excellent. WIFI bit slow but not expensive heated boot room great ski and board building useful but not heated. Spa looked great but didn't get time to try it but concerned that it doesn't allow swim shorts to be worn only a cotton towel! Very much enjoyed my stay here would return.

Our third visit, never disappoints. Meticulously run, immaculately clean, lovely warm and friendly staff. Half board is superb value, bar prices are very reasonable and the location is perfect for access to multiple resorts, for skiing, hiking and biking. Cannot fault this gorgeous family run hotel.

- spacious room with balcony - large variety of choice of food - very close to Kirchberg Bahnhof (train station) and bus stop (walking distance on the snow, with ski boots carrying skis is 8-10mins) - spacious wellness area, with 2 sauna rooms and 2 stream rooms - the room cleaning lady had offered the best service. as the down pillows were too soft for me, on day 1, I had made myself a pillow by piling 2 towels. Discovering that, the staff lady made me a special pillow by stuffing a nice blanket into the pillow cover that had provided optimal softness. She had also made different deco everyday which brought us surprises and delights every afternoon when we returned from skiing. Our deep thanks and respect to her.

Superb superb. Very nice, very clean, fantastic atmosphere. Clean rooms, very nice spa, superb bar, very good breakfast, one of the best hotels i have been. The staff is very helpfull and friendly. The room are awsome, the terraces ar huge, the lobby bar is fantastic.

This is our second visit to Hotel Zentral and again our stay was exceptional. We are a group of old friends and each have our own rooms (6 of us on this visit). A family business and it shows.. Excellent Staff in all areas be it check in, Restaurant or Bar. We were Half Board and we would highly recommend that option. The Hotel also organised our Ski Passes as part of the deal. Location is perfect, just 5 Min easy walk from the Ski Bus. Many thanks again for looking after us Team Zentral.

We had an incredible stay despite the sketchy snow, the staff are all incredible and attention to detail and service was top notch. I won’t be eating for the next two months due to the endless superb food on offer that was just too hard to resist. The spa facilities are superb too. Fabulous in every way and great value for money.
