Our stay near the Kitzbühel Alps was made even more enjoyable by the friendliness of this hotel. The staff was absolutely professional and our culinary experience in the Rosengarten Light (breakfast and dinner) was perfect. The welcoming glass of champagne was lovely. The only downside would be the size of the Junior Suite, we were expecting something a little bit more comfortable and spacious. Nevertheless, lovely atmosphere!

Good room, and good reception BUT appalling service at both breakfast and dinner. Staff not proactive at all, made worse by very small breakfast buffet compared to 99% of 4 star hotels. Overall very disappointing to wait 1 hour for 1 course of dinner... 3 star service spoilt our stay. Hotel Elizabeth 100 metres up the road is vastly better than here.

We really enjoyed our stay in this Hotel. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Our son would love to stay forever. The shuttle to the slopes works just perfect. The pool is great and the restaurant AMAZING. We will definitley be back and thank you Rosengarten team!

We felt very comfortable from arrival to the last day. The small, charming hotel is characterized by its friendly staff, the good service and the charm of the owner! We always enjoyed a good breakfast, thanks to the improving weather also on the terrace. The dinner as a five-course menu was always innovative, extremely tasteful and always a positive taste experience. The wine recommendations also spoke for themselves. A small and fine SPA completes the offer and the fall massage received from Rita was excellent. Thanks for that.

Danke an das Hotel für uns hab ihr dazu beigetragen das der Urlaub perfekt wurde. Der Service und die Freundlichkeit des Personals haben uns eine sehr schlne Zeit beschert. Dazu trägt auch der Ort und die Nähe zum Skigebiet bei. Danke nochmal an das ganze Team des Hotels.

Das Hotel wurde 2008 komplett saniert und umgebaut. Design, Charme uns Stil treffen aufeinander. Die Suiten und Zimmer sind fantastisch, der Service ebenfalls. Auf jeden Fall sollte man das Frühstück einmal auf dem Zimmer genießen – das ist ein ganz Besonderes Erlebnis. Die Gegend ist ruhig, grün und nicht weit entfernt sind zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Auch der Spabereich ist neu, mit sehr viele Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Hier passiert es schnell, dass man die Zeit vergisst und einschläft. Alle Daumen nach oben, kann nur weiterempfohlen werden!
