Hotel Elisabeth was amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were there for New Years and they had the loveliest gala with a delicious dinner and fun festivities. The hotel and surrounding mountains are beautiful. The ski bus is right there or you can drive and park at the lifts- everything is less than 10 minutes away. The hotel itself, the staff, the food, the service- all amazing. We were blown away by the quality of food and level of service. Everyone was beyond helpful and pleasant and we enjoyed our time there so much. We spent a lot of time at the spa and our services were great. Highly recommend.

Beautiful, spacious, very clean and very comfortable hotel, Very good breakfast and excellent food generally. Friendly, attentive, efficient staff. Small gym with good weights etc although would benefit from a little more space and an upgrade of the fitness equipment and the addition of a cross trainer in particular. Pool and spa facilities excellent.

The best place to stay in Kirchberg. Great rooms, great food, great service, great facilities with on site ski hire and all in a very convenient location for the buses to the lifts. A wonderful place to relax and ski.

We had a very pleasant experience during this stay. The restaurant area is renovated and menu has much improved compared with pre-Covid times. Staff is weel trained and all guests are given personal attention. Spa area and the pool are clean and spacious. The rooms are nicer in the main building.

Great room plenty of space and very comfortable. Service throughout the hotel is spot on. The Spa has everything you would want and is spotless. We had half board, and the food is great. We will be back!

Great hotel and services. The team was very helpful and guest friendly. They answered all our questions and suggested activities and things to do before we reached the hotel for our stay. The food was amazing from breakfast to all other dishes on the menu. Only one recommendation would be to also offer tea and coffee machine/kettle in the room. The rooms were good size and comfortable. The balcony terrace and view was stunning. I will highly recommend the hotel. Will surely stay here again if I ever visit kirchberg in the future. Very good hotel, really friendly staff, nice rooms and excellent meals. This was the second time we stayed at this hotel and it was as good as the first time. We can highly recommend this hotel if you plan a visit to Tirol.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at hotel Elisabeth. The helpfulness and friendliness of the staff, the high quality of the meals and also the excellent SPA facilities make us happy to come back! If possible, we will be even more satisfied if there will then be access to a kettle with associated instant coffee in the room or adjacent to the rooms, and / or access to a coffee machine.
