The hotel is tucked away in town and a bit hard to find.
The interior is pleasant, with a clean swimming pool in the courtyard. The wooden roof with skylights is a typical local house. The room is not very large.
The staff was very friendly. It wasn't crowded, only two or three people.
The breakfast was also very local.

Excelente en todo.. habitación grande y bien equipada, lugar especial, jardín muy agradable, desayuno muy rico, con un música muy agradable… un lugar realmente especial y con muy buena energía.

We rented this place for a work retreat, utilizing 9 of the rooms. As people mentioned, the breakfast is lovely and fresh and the staff is accommodating, professional and helpful. The location is delightful and it is nice to be out of the hustle and bustle of the bigger cities. We flew into Izmir and stayed for nearly one week at the Ephesus Lodge. We had a few other meals here and I cannot recommend the fish enough. We visited Kusadasi, Ephesus, Sirince and Selcuk and the Ephesus Lodge was a great hub. We enjoyed our time in Turkey and the Ephesus Lodge was a highlight.

There is a cat named Lady. She was a delightful addition to our stay.
The man in charge was also a delight to chat with and to bring a lovely breakfast to us eating outside.

Took a little finding for the taxi firm but so so pleased we went. Lovely people lovely setting, nice meals, beer cheaper that Kusadasi, great value for money. A lovely retreat to counter the stresses of normal life
