The service at reception was very good. We also had a small problem and it was solved very quickly and without any problems. The beds are very, very comfortable and for me that is always very important in a hotel. The location was very quiet and there were plenty of parking spaces. A 10 out of 10 for quality and price.

Best Western Hotel in Selestat has a good touristic situation for one or more nights. The design of the rooms is an example. Beds are very good. Breakfast is a topper. I would certainly choose again hotel ‘les Humanistes’. The swimming pool is a plus point in summer time. One remark: Wifi didn’t work properly, but may be, that was a good thing to kick off the internet for a while.

This hotel is horrendous the staff are generally rude it smells is expensive extremely overpriced Airconditioning is switched off only after 26 degrees is it on then limited 😬 dirty in corridors and carpets ! The beds are comfortable as are room amenities but otherwise steer clear unless for a desperate night stopover also they overcharged us after we left early as that bad hopefully there close down ! I would recommend reading all other negative reviews before staying here especially by French 🇫🇷 people themselves and lots other problems be aware!!!!!!!!!

Very clean well-appointed room. The coffee machine didn't work, and the machine downstairs made terrible coffee, undrinkable! The pillows were very uncomfortable, need rectangular pillows. Friendly service. Pictures show everything bigger than it is. Very slow wifi. Great parking.

CATASTROPHIQUE ! - 25 degré dans la chambre, seule solution proposé par la réception : ouvrir la fenêtre. Problème, toute la nuit un robot tondeur en fonction extrement bruyant. - Frigo HORS SERVICE. - Cleaning très moyen avec des restes d’anciens clients dans les poubelles. Pour un hôtel 4*, c’est une honte. Fuyez. Seul point positif l’emplacement.

Nice, new, hotel, friendly service, very accommodating for upcoming visit with group of 50 friends. Very varied and good breakfast, rooms are clean, beds very comfortable. Thematic rooms make you think about the importance of humanism ! (Every room dedicated to a famous humanist)

Fun Fact first: lying down the pool on a sunny day, it could also be somewhere in Italy, Spain, Greece - quiet, clean, cozy, comfortable. However, this is a perfect hotel for an overnight stay on your trip to somewhere else. Close to the highway it is perfectly located. The rooms are spacious, the bed is comfortable. All you can expect for this money is available including that nice pool, a perfectly working Wi-Fi, a quiet and well working air-condition, an excellent breakfast and a modern and stylish interior. The staff is attentive and helpful. There is nothing we could complain about. We strongly recommend that hotel for sure.
