SC Apartments is family operated, Tourism Approved Accommodation in SVG. Our apartment is located in the Residential area of Frenches, close to the road. This particular space has 3 bedrooms, a private driveway and a balcony. *Bedroom 1 - Fan & AC Unit *Bedroom 2 - Fan & Window AC *Bedroom 3 - Fan Only *Living & Dining area - Window AC & Fan Location description: The property is located in Frenches, Kingstown. Using the “short-cut” road to Kingstown from Sion Hill. The property is at the little hill just before "Pops Taxi", and on the road heading towards Sagicor. Getting around: Private Parking is available. 10mins walk to the bus stop. Wait time for Taxi Service (10mins) We do have a slight slope that you have to use should you desire to travel down into the City. Listed below are Approximate walking distances from our location: 10 mins into KINGSTOWN (The City, with many stores for shopping) 20 mins walk to the Milton Cato Memorial Hospital 30 mins walk to our Botanical Gardens (oldest in the Western Hemisphere) 10 mins to popular Supermarkets including Massy & Greaves 10 mins from the popular Stoplight Restaurant & the Flaming Grill and Buffet 10 mins from Subway & KFC 10 mins from Basils Bar & Restaurant and Flow Wine Bar 15 mins walk to the Ferry Port (if visiting Grenadines Islands) 15 mins drive to popular beaches (as there are no beaches within the City) 30-40 mins drive to/from the Argyle International Airport Other details to Note: 1 - The property is 3 stories tall and Apt#6 is on Level 3 which is 1 flight of stairs up, using the top main entrance. 2 - The property is clean, traditional, and central BUT IT IS A LOW BUDGET PROPERTY. With our low rental rates also comes low-budget furnishings. The beds, although comfortable, are simple wooden and/or metal frames, with regular foam padded mattresses, which were bought locally. Our bed linens and towels are from Amazon low-budget line. Our kitchen items are low-budget and locally purchased. 3- We use budget-friendly window ACs in BR1 and Living & Dining area, they are not as quiet or as cold as split system or central air system guests may be more familiar with. As a budget friendly property on an island with one of the highest Electrical prices in the world, we ask that when guest leave the apt, they always turn off the AC. Windows and doors must also be closed for ACs to cool the space and works best if curtains are drawn to lower the thermal load of the sun coming into the unit. 4- There are no landlines on the property. Guests will want to either buy local sims or be prepared to use their local cell roaming or download a WIFI messaging app. 5- We do not operate as a hotel and do not provide services such as daily housekeeping, concierge assistance, or front desk services. 6- As a tropical location you can expect to see dogs, cats, fowls/chickens, lizards, birds, crickets, frogs, mosquitoes, on or near the property. 7- Please note that St. Vincent, being classified as a developing country, experiences occasional island-wide utility outages. Although these instances are not frequent, they are more likely to occur during the hurricane season. It is worth mentioning that our building is strategically located in the Kingstown area, which typically results in quicker restoration of services compared to the more rural and less densely populated areas of the island. However, it is important to be aware that our property does not possess backup water tanks, generators, satellite phones/internet, or natural gas tanks.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 3:00 PM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:Check-in time is flexible, however a check-in time must be given 24hours before check-in date.
