We enjoyed our stay, room was comfortable and clean. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Parking was easy to find. Breakfast was delicious, with lots to choose from, plus staff were to hand to assist. We'd definitely return for another stay.

Fantastic staff. Clean immaculate room. Great view . Great value for money. Stupidly booked the wrong date. Receptionist was very understanding and so helpful. No problem whatsoever. Had a lovely stay. Couldn't of asked for anything more. Definitely stay in this hotel again. 10/10

Great hotel, great location, refurbished rooms, more car parking than you can shake a stick at. helpful and friendly manager. One thing that rather spoiled it was the aggressive woman who replenishes breakfast supplies who just shouts out 'excuse me' and barges her way in front of customers. Horrendous attitude. Little things make a big difference.

Lovely hotel and friendly staff, very clean rooms. Went for a birthday weekend and once the staff were aware they couldn't do enough for us and even gave me a gift and a personal message on my dessert ! Lovely stay especially within walking distance of The Deep and great pubs.

Went to the deep as a family and stayed at Premier Inn Hull City Centre. The staff were all really friendly and helpful even though they were short staffed and running around. The bedroom was clean but the bathroom was dirty. There was rubbish in the bathroom bin and finger marks on the mirror.

Fantastic hotel! We were a large party of school pupils taking part in a brass band competition. The hotel could not have been more helpful and friendly from the initial booking rooms, allocation on arrival (after 8 hours on a bus) and allowing us to use a conference room to rehearse. All staff with Grant the manager made us feel looked after with the detail to customer care second to none.

Very clean room and spacious. Really friendly and helpful staff. Grant - who checked me in and helped with the Wifi - was really helpful. Grant also helped to explain the options for Premier Room customers which was really helpful. Thank you.

So I am sat in a premiere inn, big standard right? I always use prem inn when travelling on business. You know what you get. Clean, standard, comfortable. Vanilla. Usually tended by unenthusiastic staff, probably not paid enough. However, the greeting and friendliness I have experienced here have been exceptional. And the food is probably the best prem inn food I've had.
