Hotel location was perfect for where we wanted to go. Staff were professional, friendly and generally just nice ladies. Room was lovely and warm. We slept like babies. Breakfast well worth staying for and the 3 hour window is a bonus. Plus check out isn’t till 12. It’s a win win hotel

Rooms are outdated and dirty. AC broken, causing the room to be freezing cold. Staff response: That's just the way it is... No keycard needed to access the elevator, meaning that everyone can go into the hotel which is very unsafe. Decided to give the restaurant a go one day for lunch, but was met with a sign saying that restaurant is closed..

We've been to this hotel quite a few timed and this time was as good as ever. The location is perfect, a very short walk to the Old Town but far enough away to be quiet. The staff here are excellent, nothing is too much trouble and they are all so friendly. A big thank you to Grant and the rest of the team. This time we paid a bit extra for a Premier Plus room and it was worth it. Lovely room, very well appointed. Ate dinner here, very nice, and as ever the bed was very comfy so we had a good night's sleep. We'll be back!

This Hotel is the most basic premier Inn I have stayed in a very long time - the room was cold, sparse and bleak - aircon did not work staff had to bring a mobile electric radiator to the room - worst of all the toilet was faulty and during the night it blocked and the water level came right upto the top and overflowed - did not want to shower in the middle of the night but had no choice after sitting on it in the dark! Was not happy to be told that all premier inns are like this and next time I should upgrade to the Premium rooms as they are NICE Parking also cost £7 which was a change since my last stay here

A fairly standard stay-comfortable room, decent parking-but now has to be paid for on arrival. Main moan is that now you only get 2 glass cups-no water glasses so you have to use these for both tea/coffee and any drinking water. Feels very stingy especially as the hotel is far from cheap. Some breakfast items were a bit cold and had been left out a long time so hard bacon and solid eggs

Stayed for two nights whilst visiting a relative. Chose the premier plus room, which was brilliant. The quality and cleanliness of the room was brilliant. Located on the top floor with views of the Humber and city. All of the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly at all times. Breakfast and evening meal ... no complaints. Great experience, pay that little extra it is still great value for money!

We stayed for two nights to visit my wife's terminally ill brother. The restaurant and bar area were cold. The coffee machines were poor The drinks were not hot and were watery. Housekeeping After our first night, we thanked one of the housekeeping team on the floor for their work. We informed her of our room number and that we were now out for the day. We returned to find that the room as we left it. I rang reception to inform them of the situation. She informed me of their policy of informing reception before 1200 if you require your room to be made She did not take ownership of the situation and informed me that it was not possible for her to identify the person that we spoke with. Their housekeeping policy was not communicated verbally at checking in. Room Premier Room Plus with a view? The bed was very comfortable. The shower was nice. However There was only one bedside cabinet. There was no storage space for clothes other than the small wardrobe.
