Great location, vending machines were temperamental and pricey. Rooms were basic, but clean. Bedding was full of hairs but we were given a new room. And it was great. Breakfast was good. Plenty of choice. We left our luggage with reception and collected it before heading for our train home.

Can’t fault anything about my stay the hotel was ideal right in the city center the room was very clean and quiet the breakfast Choice was fantastic and the staff were very friendly and helpful

I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent experience during my stay at your establishment. Despite booking for 2 nights,20th -22nd Nov 24 both evenings were marred by a lack of adequate heating in the room. The first night, after requesting a room change due to malfunctioning heating, we were only able to move the next day. The portable heater provided was insufficient and did not alleviate the cold.
The following night, we encountered the same issue with the new room. Despite reporting it promptly, the heating could not be fixed. The mini portable heater offered was ineffective, resulting in an uncomfortable and freezing night's sleep.
Sleeping fully clothed and with winter pajamas on due to freezing temperatures is unacceptable for any guest.It is disappointing that no one followed up on our situation or inquired about our comfort after such a challenging night.
In light of these circumstances, I kindly request compensation for the inconvenience and discomfort caused during our stay. I trust that you will address this matter promptly and offer a resolution that reflects your commitment to guest

Great facilities and bar. Lots of room for entertaining.

Had a sofa bed with a dirty duvet and no covers for mattress.
Not comfortable in talking to people to ask for sheets. So slept on the towel on sofa bed.
Still old shower gel on shower door from previous person
