No towels or toilet paper provided unclean. Blood on the covers no soap either

Didn’t show up as a ‘motel’. Fairly clean, but the ceiling was peeling in chunks. Broken curtain. Cleaners came in our room at 9:00 AM!?!?!? Terrible breakfast choices, no fruits at all. Comfortable bed. Very, very, very dated. Barely a fair place to sleep. No ice aside from lobby, which isn’t convenient. Would never go back.

Not sure of ********* laws here but a definite smell as we walked in our room, so we had better not get charged for this. I will be reporting at check out. There was a burn hole in the comforter and no Kleenex in the room. We had stayed here one other time but seems things are not improving. Breakfast was simple but adequate. No orange juice again this year. But quiet and was exhausted so we slept

The room needed updating. Repairs were needed. Clean the walls and ceiling and in the places you don't normally clean. The sheets had stains and burn holes. The wash cloth was stained. The chair and ottoman was nasty.

Smelled like smoke in the room and my wife had to sleep with a mask on because after 3 hours on the line with *******, who doesn't have anyone with English as a first language in customer service, we couldn't get checked out and into a new room in the same hotel or a new one. We left 2 days early and couldn't get a refund so ******* and the Quality Inn gets this review. We didn't understand a thing the manager told us when we checked out when discussing this issue. ******* did give us one key cash for a new hotel but it was after hours of poor communication, we earned it twice.

The property is definitely showing its age. The stair railing (near the back of check-in) was loose and the carpet in the room had not been vacuumed.

The room was ok. The sink wouldn’t drain properly. The room had a musty wet smell to it.
The vending and ice machines were broke.
The pool was closed and had 4 ft cattails growing on the cover. Along with other trash.

Bed and pillows were comfortable. Rooms are rather beat up - broken and worn furnishings. Staff was super friendly.

The people were very nice and the living area in the hotel room was nice. The parking lot and stairwell were pretty gross. The bathroom had cobwebs in the corners and damaged dry wall in spots. Continental breakfast had limited basic options and missed things like fresh fruits and yogurt.
